Welcome to The Lazy Loon! Learn more about this land: The Lazy Loon Ranch offers each site (2) parking spaces for cars/truck campers/vans, (1) tent platform, and an additional mowed area for a second tent if needed for its guests. There is also a picnic table, and outdoor shower available for use. Recently added is also a full indoor bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. There are beautiful views of Glacier National Park in the distance where several peaks come into view on a clear day! We are just 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish and 25 minutes from the West Glacier entrance to Glacier National Park. Each campsite includes One (1) tent platform that measures 110" x 110", One (1) additional area of mowed grass to pitch a second tent if needed, and two (2) parking spaces for a car, truck camper, or van. If you plan on utilizing the ground spot for a tent we recommend having some kind of ground cover (tarp, blanket, etc.) to protect your tent from moisture or grass stalks. Shared spaces among campers include: -Sink, bathroom, shower, fire pit, and picnic table.

Great location and close to any music venue or Columbia falls. Indoor bathroom with shower is a nice touch when tent camping!

Meadow Site 2 with Glacier Views
We stayed at the Lazy Loon for two nights and had a lovely time! The indoor bathroom was a nice step up from regular camping and made our time in Whitefish a lot more comfortable. The views were absolutely gorgeous and we loved admiring the cows!! Lucas’ hospitality was the cherry on top! We would definitely stay at the Lazy Loon again.

Meadow Site 2 with Glacier Views
Amazing stay!
We loved camping here! Lucas was welcoming and showed us how to use the outdoor shower and sink, which were both great and super convenient for washing dishes! They also had a clean indoor bathroom with a shower which was a huge plus. Lucas even helped jump our car when it wouldn’t start! Beautiful land and really nice owners

Great service and views. We arrived late and Lucas came out and met us and showed us the rest room and shower which were awesome! And also were we could put our tent on the platform or the mowed grass field. The views were great and the amenities perfect

Great Location and AWSOME shower
Lucas has a great location and piece of property looking out at Glacier National Park! Brand new shower/bathroom and also an outdoor shower that the window open for a view of the NP! The grass was manicured and the spots were fairly level for van parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This spot is so cute. Really quiet and well set up. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is exactly as advertised. I’d recommend to anyone. Great stay. 😍
