Located steps from Great Bay and a 2 minute walk to the ocean, this area is highly sought after because of its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Heights Beach where there is always something going on. There is always something to do in Falmouth. There is a 30 amp RV hookup. NOTE: telephone wires at entrance of driveway are approx 9’9”before being able to have no wires above. MAX height for van, camper etc is 9’6”. Looking forward to having you stay!This is a perfect location for a van or small RV. Overlooking the calm warm waters of Great Bay which runs into Nantucket Sound/Atlantic Ocean approx 250-300’ from my property…perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing or just basking in the sun watching boats go in/out. Just a few min walk to ocean / beach and 10 min to popular restaurant/bar overlooking ocean w/Marthas vineyard in horizon. Island queen boat to vineyard is a 35 min ride ; not far from my cottage. And it’s great to go over for a few hours or a day to explore or just grab lunch by Oaks Bluffs harbor. Ferry at Woods Hole is a little further away ; and it takes cars on board. GREAT place to go; easy & fun to explore as there no where like the vineyard in the world. There is a 30 amp hookup, it has what any van-lifer needs. Plus there is an outdoor shower. Any questions ….please ask before booking!
