this little spot was perfect! really close to beaches and ponds and the rail trail, at the end of a neighborhood but it felt like i was camping in the woods. Thanks so much sanette I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the cape

As a solo woman camper, safety is my biggest concern and I felt INCREDIBLY safe here. The spot is at the end of a culdesac where they are the only house. They have put up privacy screens for the outdoor shower which is cold but in a super refreshing way. The location of the site is amazing! A 15 bike ride to a bay side beach and a 25 min bike ride to an ocean side beach. Sanette was incredibly friendly and accommodating but also gave you plenty of space. The campsite was clean, organized, and pretty self explanatory. They even threw in free firewood which was amazing! Overall, it’s a must-stay when visiting Cape Cod.

Fantastic quiet campsite not far from Cape Cod! It is as advertised on the side of the house, but surrounded by trees. The shower was nice after a day in the hot sun, and the site was level and well graveled.This fantastic, quiet campsite is conveniently located near Cape Cod! As advertised on the side of the house, it’s surrounded by trees and dense vegetation - with barriers to shield prying eyes. After a day spent basking in the hot sun, the cool shower was a welcome relief. The site is level and well-maintained with gravel.

Sanette was very nice and the site was very private. She left us a packet of local things to do.
We made our own hot water but a shower curtain and a safer platform would improve the shower.
The hinge on the toilet seat cover on the bucket toilet was broken.
We didn’t get to make a fire but firewood was provided, which was very nice.
The bike path is nearby!

We loved the location of Sanette’s site. It was quiet and comfortable with a picnic table, bench, water, and a basic toilet.. It was close to several scenic beaches as well as close to stores and other amenities. Sanette was there when we arrived and shared ideas for places to go and things to do. We definitely plan to go back, perhaps when the weather is a little warmer. Thank you, Sanette.

Sanette’s land was just what we needed for a last minute trip! Fresh woodchips made for a comfy tent pad! The spring peepers lulled us to sleep and we clocked 16 different bird species as our wake up call. We did see a massive coyote at dawn so definitely be sure to leash your pups! Thanks, Sanette!

Lovely quaint spot for a smaller RV. Even though somewhat close to the house is very private by the bushes she has planted. She is an excellent host with good communication and very pleasant to deal with, we love staying there.

Firstly, Sanette is a wonderfully gracious host. The property is cozy and set up nicely for guests to enjoy their stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the Cape.

Greatttt stay! This host has put a lot of thought into making her place comfy and cozy. When you travel solo, it's really important to be somewhere that feels safe. I not only felt safe, but completely pampered! Shower, toilet, picnic table and another table and chair area under the trees... all nicely decorated! She met me just minutes after I drove up. Provided me with all kinds of maps and info regarding the area. Could not be better!

The host was very kind, hospitable, and communicated very well. It's obvious that they put a great deal of effort into making the site as homey, private, and comfortable as possible. The camp toilet is the type with waste bags you have to remove, but all supplies are readily available. They also built a cold water shower and provided a hose for water, which we appreciated. We had just enough room on a fresh wood chip pad for our 10'x10' family tent, but I honestly think you would be most comfortable here in a small RV as the gravel pad for parking seemed big enough. The site is near a house on a wooded cul de sac, and they have a little farm stand set up right near the parking space and picnic table which did get at least one visit while we were having breakfast, so it isn't completely private, but the location was wonderful being basically right in the middle of the Cape, and it definitely made visiting the area a lot more affordable than renting space almost anywhere else.

Lovely spot. Very private and quiet. Make sure to try Sanette’s home made jam sold at her farm stand. Will definitely be going back because the Cape is amazing and this spot is great.

Kelley's Corner was just what we needed for our whirlwind trip to the Cape. It was close to everything, including a bike trail if you decide to bring or rent bikes for your time here. The outside shower was necessary after a long hot day at the beach and the peaceful atmosphere around the site was calming to fall asleep to. She communicated throughout and was very responsive to any questions I had. Great stay!

The campsite we arrived to at Sanette’s had everything we needed: a private, shady, and thoughtfully designed space to relax and sleep peacefully! We loved admiring Sanette’s garden next to our site and appreciated the helpful tips, maps, and resources she graciously provided us when we rolled in. Setting up camp was easy and the facilities were clean and comforting. Thank you again for welcoming us, Sanette!

Sanette’s site had all the amenities we wanted! The shower and toilet were onsite, but removed from where our tent was. Sanette was welcoming and responsive in messaging. We had a great time!

Sanette's site was a lovely and tucked away spot. It was a great home base for our quick weekend trip. There was a minor issue with the water but Sanette quickly remedied the situation and even gave us some fresh veggies from the garden as an apology. Highly recommend!!

We had a blast staying at Kelley’s corner! The site had everything to make the stay enjoyable. Sanette greeted us and we even got to meet her dog! She provided firewood for the fire-pit as well which was really nice. The sites location was perfect and close to anything you’d want to do. The mosquitos can be an annoyance so bring bug spray or a thermacell! We would definitely stay here again.

Just an amazing amazing place! Very secluded, peaceful and serene… not to mention Kelley is such a fantastic host! We only stayed one night but what a wonderful night it was and don’t forget to check out Provincetown if you can… you won’t be disappointed! Just an all-around amazing time!!!

Easy in and out. Very quiet. Private. The parking pad was not level or even close but we slept well. It’s close to the rail to trail bike path which is great and gets you to local nature spots.
