A private camping spot under the trees at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quiet spot with easy access to everything Cape Cod has to offer. Sit under the trees and enjoy the sound of the birds or visit First Encounter beach a mile from the house. Provincetown, Chatham and Hyannis all just a 30 minute drive away. Lots of hiking paths and Cape Cod bike path just up the road. Excellent fishing from the beach or get a charter for tuna, striped bass and blue fish. Then come home to a quiet space just for you.Level parking spot at the bottom of the hill about 300 feet away from the main house. Trees and shrubs provide privacy. A kettle pond is a short walk away and lots of beaches and ponds within a short drive. Great pond and Wiley park a 5 minute drive away. Provincetown is just 30 minutes drive away. Great for cyclists. Very close to CCRT.

Quiet, private camping spot at the end of a cul de sac. Near many bay beaches and the rail trail. Sanette is a friendly and responsive host who also respects the privacy of her guests. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location for Cape Camping

Easy to find and a great spot on the Cape. Only 10mins to the Salt Pond National Seashore center, and an easy drive to Chatham, P-Town, and anywhere in between.

Cozy, clean, and private. We loved having the extra amenities of the shower, toilet, trashcan, and firepit with Adirondacks. Great spot for us and our dogs to rest between our National Seashore adventures!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

My wife and I decided to venture out to Cape Cod for a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway and were very glad that we stumbled upon Sanette's land. The location of this site was central to all essential amenities (i.e. dining, groceries, etc.) while still being tucked away from the masses. Sanette's land made our first trip to the Cape an unforgettable one for sure. I would highly recommend this site to anyone that is looking to enjoy a weekend camping getaway on the Cape!
