Wonderful peaceful little getaway. We were looking for something like a camping experience but didn't want to have to worry about the weather as much, as we were visiting from out of town. The bed is on the smaller side, but so were we, so that wasn't a problem. The house is quite far back in the yard, and at night it's very peaceful. It's also extremely well insulated, so if you are camping in spring/fall this will be quite a bit warmer than a tent. There isn't allot of room for luggage, but if you don't bring much it's not a problem. There is a small fold-out standing desk if you want to write or type. The bathroom facilities are the same as what you would expect at a campsite, primitive but functional, and much more private than communal campground bathrooms. The shower is currently solar-powered(works well so long as the sun is out!), but there are plans to get a propane heater in place for evening/morning showers. I also liked the central location to visit many attractions on Cape Cod, as most things such as the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantuckett, or the outer cape are within reasonable driving distance. Finally the hosts were fantastic at checking in with us and making sure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend!
Rebecca and Greg are literally the most thoughtful hosts I have ever had! They went far out of their way to make us comfortable on multiple levels. First, they allowed us to use their separate airbnb apartment’s bathroom/space when I let them know I’d recently had knee surgery. They also offered use of an additional mini-fridge since we were planning to use their grill each evening, and even gifted a little kit of sauces/spices. They even recommended several cute local beaches for us to explore. The space was clean and very comfy, had all the linens & cooking/dining items we needed, and the hot-tub was a nice perk. We will definitely be back, and would recommend them to anyone.

Cute lil cabin and cozy hot tub. I had a nice stay despite the rainy day. Easy drive to beaches. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to messages during my stay.

What a sweet, clean, relaxing little cabin. Perfect for one or two people. Shower was refreshing, not actually that cold and very clean. I can't wait to come back and stay again.

Sweet little house with a good setup. Felt great to be inside rather than tenting while visiting the area. Outdoor shower and toilet, more comfortable than boon-docking or car camping. Quiet area.

The Tidy Treehouse was perfect for my stay. The hosts were very accommodating. The house was clean, had a bed, refrigerator, and a microwave. It was a tiny space, but I was by myself, so it was more than I really needed. The location was perfect. Very quiet under the trees. I would definitely go back.

Another great stay! Weather was perfect. A shame about the jacuzzi being down but we knew we would have a great time anyways. Stayed nice and warm inside all night. Very comfortable as before. We will be back!!

This place is perfect for a romantic vacation! Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely would return. Had full privacy and the jacuzzi was perfect. Thank you again Rebecca and Greg!
My husband and I chose this sweet little cabin to stay in while we planned a weekend getaway to enjoy biking along the shining sea bike trail/woods hole & The Sagamore Canal. The bed was very comfy. We appreciated the refrigerator and freezer and the fan on the ceiling kept us cool at night despite it being very warm. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed our stay, but the only part we didn’t love was how the potable toilet smelled when “flushing” - It was very bad and we tried not to use it much for that reason, BUT other than that overall very grateful for these accommodations.
The owners gave us space and great directions through HipCamp chat. We loved our stay! THANK YOU!

Scribblers Shed was perfect for a weekend get away to the Cape. It had everything we needed and the hosts were great.
They made sure we knew how to operate all the amenities and were available for question throughout our stay. The hot tub was excellent and the shed was perfectly equipped. Hope they will have us back!
A great deal of planning and care went in to making this listing comfortable, accommodating and a getaway you want to go back to again and again. It’s close to the beaches, has a grill, hot tub and a fire feature. The Host are kind, caring and willing to answer any of your questions about the area.
