Our family farm is 75 acres, with a spring fed lake along with ponds, timbered hills, ravines, creeks, and grasslands. It is secluded within the gently rolling hills, offering campers a feel of escape from the outside world. There is much wildlife on the property; deer, beavers, squirrels, coyotes, foxes, bobcats, to name a few. We ask that you treat the property with respect and we hope you enjoy the magic of the land!The campsite is located in the Pecan Grove, as soon as you cross over the land bridge. It is next to the lake. There is a bell canvas tent already setup with 5 chairs, a firepit and a picnic table. There is no trash can or toilet. It is a primitive site. You must bring your own trash bags. The entire property is 75 acres of woodlands, groves, ravines, creeks, and grasslands with a few ponds and a spring fed lake. We ask for campers to be respectful of the land and to leave it cleaner than you found it.

Great quiet location that's private. Lots of shade under a large tree with 3 picnic tables and a fire pit. Lots of sun fish but not much else on our trip. A friendly local cat greets you each morning and lounges around all day.

It was beautiful place very secluded place but unfortunately there were a lot of issues for us like main house is very close so the owner is able to see you and you can hear him while he’s outside one of the tags for this place is swimming we didn’t feel so comfortable swimming it was very muddy and slimes the “lake” reminded us of a pond more then a lake there were no trash cans like it was supposed to we did figure out the trash cans were in the “lake” we wished he had mowed a little before we got down there or picked up from the campers before hand because there was trash everywhere and finally there was a gaggle of 1 year old kittens there were very sweet ran right to us but we had a dog with us who wanted to play with them so if you wanted to bring your dog with you be warned about that it honestly was beautiful but seemed more like a fishing pond then a swimmable lake

This one site camp is fabulous, a hidden gem. Easy access to the site, which is just down the hill from the main house. Quite a serene and idyllic “grove” of five trees from one root form a nice canopy under which to pitch a tent. Three long picnic tables and a great fire pit round off this fishing pond dream of a secret spot. Would stay again. Wildlife includes lots of fish, birds, frogs and a gaggle of year old kittens who are sweet, curious and very attentive. Road noise is mostly local and very absent at night though you are be able to hear a primary road around sunup. Host was very responsive. Didn’t require personal check in or out

Awesome experience. Only one tent space allowed so peaceful and private. Spent time floating on raft and fishing on owners private lake. Dogs ran free and swam too. Definitely would recommend. 5+ stars!

This is a nice spot right with views of the water, nice tree line, and sunset. Easy road to get to the site. The site has a nice fire pit, picnic table, and large trash can.
