This is our little hobby farm. It's 10 miles out of town in the middle of grain farms and pastures. We have horses, goats, chickens, dogs and barn cats. The view to the west is horses, fields and magnificent sunsets. To the east is fields and the sunrise over the distant mountains. The rest is our little farm that is not nice and neat. It's a shabby little work in progress. The RV spot is on the lane next to our pasture and silo. Next to it is a 30-amp plug and a potable water hookup, and a black water dump is about 60 feet away. There is also an easy dumping station next to the highway 5 miles away. The turn off from the road goes over a ditch with a culvert. It's wide enough for a large trailer if you are skilled enough to make the turn. There isn't much room to cut corners. It is well marked. It's near our houses, and we have some old cars and weedy spots, so it's not all a perfect view. But it's a quiet place to sleep when you travel. We have limited garbage service so guests must take their garbage with them. Since our families live here too, we ask for common sense neighborliness. This includes no drugs at all, no drunken behavior, and no loud music or foul language. Just keep it family friendly. Pets are welcome, but they must be safe with children, not chase animals and not wander off the property. The neighbors have livestock and will not welcome wandering dogs. Longer stays are possible at a discount. Ask me if you are interested.
