Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside. Angell Creek Campground is located in beautiful Island Park Idaho. It has been in our family for over 50 years. We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit on each RV spot. Each pad is rented at $35 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from mid May until end of October. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

The beauty and allure of Mirror Lake led to it being featured in two Hollywood movies -- Dante's Peak (1997) and Mel (1998). The lake itself is excellent for fishing, and stocked with Kokanee, Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Cutthroat Trout. The stocking is typically scheduled for the first week of June each year, so if you are an angler, it's best to come after June 7th for the best fishing. Paying homage to the Bigfoot legend in northern Idaho, the theme of this campground is all things Sasquatch! Can you find all 9 Sasquatch hiding throughout the campground? Swimming in nearby Talache Landing (a.k.a. Talache Beach) on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille is an absolute must-do. The views are absolutely stunning and the water is crystal clear -- and quite refreshing on a hot day. Fishing is best done in a canoe or small boat which can be put in at our campground dock (free) or at the nearby public boat ramp ($5 fee). Williams Lake is located 6 miles up the road and offers a variety of recreation activities including fishing, swimming, paddle-boarding, canoeing, or sight seeing. If you are looking for an area that is out of town, THIS IS IT!! We also have overnight stalls available for horses. Please make sure RV tanks are empty in order to hook up to septic. No RV dump station on site. With the river location, we get very windy conditions along the river corridor. Awnings can easily become damaged during these conditions. Please take notice and consider putting awnings away so that they don't get damaged. Along the same lines, please don't have campfires if the winds are high. Make sure your dogs are on a leash. We have mules on the property that DO NOT like dogs. This is for the safety of your dog. No fireworks on the premises. This gorgeous nature area is minutes from town, with easy access to HWY20 and HWY33. Deer, moose, bald eagles and osprey frequent the area year round, as well as beaver, waterfowl and night owls. RV dumps right down the road, as well as a 27 hole golf course, if that's your thing. Or just relax, dip your feet in the Teton River and listen to the water pass by. What to Expect - Country landscaping with native plants and pollinator-friendly “weeds.” Goathead stickers are common in rural Idaho. - Shaded areas, open skies, and seasonal views of horses grazing. - Yardwork happens around our schedules and between guests. Garden & Fruit From July to October, guests may enjoy cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and apples—depending on weather and timing. Just ask before picking, as not all fruit may be ripe or reachable. RV Site Options - Site 1: Full hookup with 50amp (30amp converter available) and water. - Site 2: Covered RV Bay with 30amp and water—fits big rigs and slide-outs. All sites are back-in only—please plan accordingly. Utilities - $35/night covers water, power, trash, and access to a shared half-bath. - No generators allowed out of courtesy for all guests. Pets Well-mannered dogs and horses welcome. The property isn’t fenced—please leash or supervise your dog. Our friendly pups may greet you, but we’re happy to keep them in if needed. Shared Bathroom A clean half-bathroom is located in our workshop. It’s optional and may be in use while we work nearby. Connectivity & Hospitality Good cell service, flexible check-ins, and a laid-back vibe. We’re nearby if you need us—otherwise, enjoy the peace and privacy. Just ten minutes from Silverwood Theme Park and five minutes from beautiful Farragut State Park! Five Acre Woods Campground is nestled deep in the vast pines on the back half of our property. Enjoy a peaceful stay while still being close to it all. Looking to do some hiking? We are loaded with nearby alpine lakes, peaks, and more trails to suit your needs and adventure cravings. Danny has hiked the majority of them in the area and is always up to help plan and recommend local hikes. Furthermore, we are nearby and centralized to many must-see places. As stated, Silverwood Theme Park and Farragut State Park (including their gun range) are all located ten minutes or less from our property. Other places to see include Bayview, Idaho and Sandpoint, Idaho - both situated on beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. Things to note: -Your site will be fully stocked to meet your tent camping needs! This includes a picnic table, a smokeless fire pit, fire starting materials, and a pad or pads to accommodate your tent(s). -Nicely sized firewood bundles will be available for purchase. -Our campground has a fully functioning outhouse that we take great pride in maintaining to ensure cleanliness and a pleasant experience. It may just be the biggest outhouse you’ve ever seen! -Our campground now has potable water! Near the firewood stand you will find a spigot that can be used for your camping needs. Your site will have a large six gallon container of non-potable water to be used in the case of a fire emergency (if safe to do so). -Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a leash. Please pick up after your pet. -Tessa and Danny were both born and raised in Northern Idaho. If you have questions or need suggestions on anything at all feel free to ask! -We live in an area of five acre lots. You can expect to hear the occasional, friendly neighborhood noise. There are mountains, wetlands, meadows and forest land right in our back yard where we often see wildlife that call our area home. Elk, deer, turkeys, geese, ducks. rabbits, squirrels and the occasional cougar or bear. At any time, one critter or another will stroll through and check out our guests. We don't have a view of the river but it's nearby and our meadows and mountains offer a peaceful scene all its own. Camp surrounded by Old Growth Cedars and towering Grand Fir, stargaze by night, enjoy a campfire, smores and time with your family, Our peace includes little to no cellular service and don't offer internet or satellite tv. Feels like we're in the country but we live on a paved county road and only 4 miles from the city of Priest River. Bring your boat for a trip on the Pend Oreille River to Lake Pend Oreille. Launching is a short distance away at the Mud Hole, Priest River City Beach or Riley Creek Campground. Try your hand at fishing for bass, kokanee, perch, northern pike, and trout in the river or on the lake. Wake up in a peaceful woodsy setting where elk, deer, the occasional moose and turkeys roam the property and are often seen in the meadow. Load up your ATV, side by side or motorcycle and head for Priest Lake right from here. It’s a 21 mile (40 minute ride) to Coolin, ID. Enjoy the back county and take some of the IDL roads along the way to explore scenic drainages and in July/August pick some luscious huckleberries (the state fruit of Idaho) for a pancake or milkshake treat. In the fall, a nice central location for hunting camp. Want to go skiing or enjoy the summer lift ride? Head up to Schweitzer Mountain, about an hour drive away (38 miles/65 mins). The city of Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille (Idaho's largest lake) are a half hour away (26 miles/33 mins) and Silverwood Theme Park in Athol, ID less than an hour away (36 miles/52 min).

This is a small group of campsites near the Cataldo Mission. Private and gated. Right on the Coeur D’ Alene River with sand beach access. A quick 30 minute drive from downtown CDA, 15 minutes to the Silver Mountain Resort, 25 minutes to the beautiful Wallace mining town, and the Hiawatha biking trail. Visit the historic Cataldo Mission, launch your boat from the same Freeway exit, or hop on the Rails of Trails just minutes away from camp! These campsites are centrally located to everything the Northwest has to offer! Great for a weekend get away or summer long campsite!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Crazy Cow Adventure. Shayna was very welcoming and gracious and was very respectful of some of our needs because our son has disabilities. The kids loved the s'mores that were part of a welcome gift. The farm was very fun to walk around and the pigs and baby buffalo were the favorites. We would love to visit again

Site: 1 for three nights. Short walk to the Shotgun Bar. Restaurant next to the property has great salads! Moose down the road early AM. Did I mention fishing. Electric worked flawlessly. Lighted pavilion for eating outside or just hanging out.

Brandy’s spot was so perfect, the flowers were gorgeous, seating area and amenities (water & power) made this a perfect spot for us. It feels private the way the sites are staggered and we had a lake view in the distance. Close to town and had everything we needed!

Hospitality was fantastic. Lots of shade tree’s lots of amenities around. And close by. Only issue I had with my whole stay was the hot tub wasn’t really hot or wasn’t heating up. Other than that it’s was a fantastic place to stay at.

What a great camping experience with B&B Flower Farm! I'll start with the hostess - Brandy was very responsive to questions (even the really important one of "is that a moose or elk track in the driveway") and gave very detailed instructions on getting to the camp site. Wonderful piece of property they are sharing with people. So close to Couer d'Alene and yet you feel like you are back in the woods. Such a refreshing spot compared to a parking lot full of RVs in a campground. Beautiful view into the meadow below and towards the lake. Watched deer most mornings over coffee and in the evening. We were treated to a small heard of elk and beautiful bull in velvet crossing the meadow on our last night there. Campsite is setup nicely. Nice section of fake grass with 4 chairs and a couple of small tables perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages. Table and four chairs near the back of the site for outside dining. Just a great setup they have. Side note - I was able to check out the Meadowview site because no one was in it and it is equally well appointed for a great stay. We have been across the country twice and many smaller side trips staying in many types of accommodations in our 15 years of RVing. This was our first Hipcamp experience and I will say Brandy has set the bar extremely high! I would stay there again without hesitation.

Cool spot! The area, bathhouse and host were fabulous! Power and water were great! We even located hammock trees down by the river! The spots are back in. From the photos, I thought they were pull through 😂. The spots are pretty close together. Just FYI, spot 3 has the most room and you’ll feel less like the bathroom monitor 🤣. The river is CLOSE! I would show caution in having small kiddos or pets off lease. Overall, a solid 5 stars!

The original site we chose online was close to some construction being done, the manager texted to let me know she changed us to a quieter spot which was great. The site was flat, easy for us to back into. The showers and bathrooms were spotless. There is a small amount of highway noise but not bad. We’d definitely stay again!
