We loved our stay at Robin's little piece of Heaven. We extended 3 more days we didn't want to leave. She is the sweetest person. It is tucked away from any traffic so super quiet other than some owls.

Lot 7
Went camping with my sister overnight here. She had her own rig and was getting familiar with it. We parked in the dark and was very pleased when we woke up in the morning. Great little trip.

It was a very good experience. The host met us there in the evening.

We reserved a space for Saturday night at R&V Ranch. We followed the directions provided but it was all residential homes. We tried calling the host multiple times around 3:00 to 3:30 to get better directions and were required to call anyway for gate code. The phone was never answered and phone mail was full. We are from out of town so after giving up looking for 45 minutes and calling we called another place that had full capacity but squeezed us in when I explained the situation. Now I’ve been trying to call to get a refund but still no answer and phone mail still full. I don’t normally write bad reviews but extremely disappointed and afraid we may have been scammed.

I loved the scenery at this equestrian farm. Nicely secluded, but not far from beautiful lake. I would recommend camping close to the horses. Sweet Horses and chickens well maintained.

Great place to stay
We had ample room for our 35 ft 5th wheel. Thank quiet neighborhood and spacious camping area was a nice treat. Robin takes a lot of pride in her place and is evident by the common area and small touches. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice quiet place to stay. Large open area with a great pavilion that has games, picnic area, tv etc. Has horses and chickens. Boat launch nearby. Would stay again. Host very friendly.

Quiet neighborhood setting
This was our second visit at the J and V Ranch. Robin is a great host. Site 1 is tucked away in the live oaks with plenty of room for our self contained 35' Travel Trailer. We had our choice of all shade or sun for the solar panels. The added water spigot was a bonus. This year we are traveling with my brother and sister in laws 35' RV and Robin accommodated us with adjoining sites which worked out great.

Great camping get away
Wonderful site(s) and great host. Robin is the best and her land is a great get away but still close to everything. The covered cooking area is a wonderful idea and appreciated. Unfortunately it rained heavily part of the stay but was still a wonderful experience.

Laid back farmette
Robin is a very gracious host with a place near Sebring but in a relaxed quiet farmette setting. The farm animals add a charm and laid back feeling. The camping area is flat and requires little if any leveling. There is a winery and distillery within a couple of miles. We felt welcome and completely enjoyed our stay.

Ranching campground
Hidden gem! Awesome peaceful camping right at the back of the property. Around the corner from Hammock Highlands State park.
Enjoy the horses and back pasture, potable water, excellent fire pit with adjustable grill, and your own garbage barrel,.
Robin is a pleasure to meet and yak with!
Treat yourself to as new adventure asap!!!

Camping with Owls
I was able to spend sevwral weeks at Robins camp. Centrally located, I was 2 hours from both coasts on a quiet, quant piece of heaven Florida. It was a home away from home, whether being seranaded nightly by a chorus of owls, or awakening to roosters greeting the day, any stresses kept were taken away by the peacefulness of the campground. Randow donkey breying through thr day will give you a chuckle.
Showers are close, Hammock Road, free water at The Agriculture Center. And fresh eggs available on site. Highly recommend

Peaceful Setting
This was a peaceful place to stop for a night. The natural setting was lovely and everything was as described. It was a quick drive over to Highland Hammock State Park.

A great place for a relaxing get away. We stayed for 6 nights, under solar power. Visited a park in Sebring on the lake. Also just a couple blocks to a lake for kayaking!! Great area for biking, other Florida natural areas to visit. Robin is great.

We were delighted to be able to stay in this quiet residential neighborhood next to Lake Josephine. There is plenty of room to spread out in the large field with oak and pine trees for shade and enough sun to keep our solar panels charged. Robin is a great host.The location was perfect. The horses were playful and so well cared for. There is plenty of biking on quiet streets of her neighborhood. A Lake Josephine boat launch was just minutes away for kayaking. It is a short drive to the Hickory Hammock State park where you can walk through a cypress swamp or hike/bike on numerous trails.

Amazing host!
This is a beautiful location on a peaceful piece of property that we are already planning our next stay at! The site felt private and cozy and had a nice fire pit that was a breeze to cook on and…. fresh eggs!
The outdoor kitchen was spotless and my teenage heart was in heaven with the globe lights strung about. They have the sweetest horses that our pups loved staying hello to through the fence.
It’s a quick walk to a dock overlooking the lake and a put-in area too. It was a lovely walk down the neighborhood streets where we admired all the canopies from the trees.
Robin was an excellent host!! She was so responsive and helped us jump start our vehicle too. It’s clear she takes pride in offering her guests an unforgettable experience. It’s now our “little slice of quiet” that we can’t wait to spend time at again.

A quiet, easily accessible Hipcamp to pitch a tent, or park your camper van-- R&V Ranch is a nice place to spend a restful evening.
This property retains a relaxed atmosphere in a clean, neighborhood environment. My husband and I enjoyed the easy simplicity of this Hipcamp as we lodged in our tent in a private corner of the property. The equestrian-based Hipcamp offers a large fire-ring and lots of space to stretch out. There are many great spots for setting up a hammock and taking a load off. At this location, one is a short drive to many popular spots in Florida, making it an ideal launching point or spot to rest during travel.
My husband and I enjoyed our time spent at R&V Ranch. Thanks to our kind host, Robin, for her down-to-earth hospitality. We appreciate it!
