This spacious 5-acre fully-gated property features a luxury boutique vacation rental with a large resort style pool. We implement a strict 10pm-8am Quiet Time rule. Both estate guests AND Hipcampers are welcome to use the pool. The property is fully gated in prestigious south Lakeland. The spot features full hookups for a 30Amp setup, including power, water, a clean-out. Pets welcome but MUST be leashed and under the control of their owners at all times unless in designated areas. Guests must pickup pet waste. If a pet is unleashed, hip campers will be required to vacate the property immediately due to the safety of our peacocks. Pets not permitted on the Pool Deck. We do offer a gated dog run with artificial turf to let your pups run. Guests may park on the paved lot or in the grass aside their camper. Very nice property and grounds. Site is geared more to a smaller travel trailer or sprinter van. Gate entrance is narrow upon entering and a tight turn to access back of property. Must navigate around septic hill and trees . Site located at back of property and is fenced and private with full hook up 30 amp service. Host communication was very good and host provides access to pool and hot tub.

Loved our stay!

This was the perfect reprieve for us after the holidays! The property was beautiful, our dogs absolutely loved the safe, fenced in (massive) yard, and we even enjoyed a plunge in the pool! Megan was SO helpful, very easy to communicate with, and made sure we felt comfortable getting into the property with our 28ft trailer. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a peaceful space to enjoy some quiet time, with lots of open air.
