Freedom Farm Homestead Campground
Was a really cute spot and we had a blast. The host was very nice and accommodating to our friends and I while we were there and to have the pool at any time was super nice as well!

Creekside Yurt at Freedom Farm Home
Was absolutely beautiful. We had one of the yurts which was a very cute setup. We had a small creek which ran right in back of out tent. We had pool and playground access which the kids loved. It came with a bathroom off the house and a coffee room that was decorated cute for a kitchenette area. We got to see tons of chickens, a bunny, an owl, a bobcat, and 1 mama Nd 2 baby deer which came right up to us. Nice firepit area and right by the garden. We will be back

Mountaintop Tent
Our hosts Jennifer & Jonathan were friendly and accommodating. The campsite was up a short, but steep dirt road, perfect distance from the house / bathroom / shared kitchen and pool. We were able to drive up the road with a little effort, in our AWD CRV. The tent was roomy and comfortable with mattresses, bedding and some extras like solar lighting included. There was also a fire pit with plenty of fallen wood and branches that we cut into smaller pieces with a hand saw. I definitely recommend bringing one. The site felt secluded, being fully surrounded by forest with plenty of spots for additional tents. We wouldn’t have minded having a picnic table, but wouldn’t be surprised if that will be provided in the future, given all of the future plans for improvement we were hearing about. All said, this is the kind of honey pot of an experience you almost want to keep a secret, but we want to support the family so definitely go and stay at this wonderful place if you love nature, swimming and basically any other camping activity you can think of. One more mention, the famous elephant’s trunk flea market is a 15 minute drive, if you happen to be there on a Sunday.

Jonathan & Jennifer were fantastic hosts: very responsive, warm & great with communication. Our stay at their rustic property was lovely and we appreciated not having to pack/unpack & set up a camp site! The star gazing was spectacular.
