This is lovely property hosted by a very kind family. I loved the proximity to downtown, the on site pool and the power hookup for my airstream.

A lovely spot to stay the night when looking for a place in Pas Robles. Our travel van fit perfectly under a beautiful oak tree. The hosts had cleared a path to a sandy beach on the Salinas River. We’d most likely stay here again.

There is so much land! If camping is your thing, or boon docking, this is a nice place to do that. The pool is nice and clean. Actually the whole property is well cared for and clean. Family is nice too. The property is far enough out of town to feel more secluded but also close enough to pop into the store if needed.

It worked well for a quick overnight! Close to town and hosts seemed very nice (though I didn’t meet them). The site itself is a large fenced-in field behind the host’s house (gated). No amenities - you just get the field - but it felt safe and worked great being self-contained in a van. I imagine the river would be beautiful in the spring/summer!

This is our second time staying here. We spent the night our way south to Arizona and also stopped on our way home. It’s pretty convenient from 101..
We parked in the field below the house. There’s a little path that goes down to the Salinas River. We saw ducks and a beaver.

Very convenient place for an overnight stop on our way to San Diego. Very close to Highway 46 and wasn’t too difficult to find. Patrick is very nice and had great communication with us. We got there after dark so we didn’t get to go down to the river as we had to leave first thing in the morning. We parked our van out in the field.

Super kid and dog friendly and nicely located near restaurants and antique stores in Paso Robles. The property was peaceful, green, and open with plenty of space to roam around with my little ones on their bikes and quads. We were total home bodies during our stay and enjoyed relaxing in their hot tub and barbecuing hamburgers and hotdogs on their outdoor grill. Highly recommended, and we plan on visiting again. Thank you, Patrick!

Please note the pictures in the description are not accurate, in 100 degree Paso heat, it really makes a difference to have pool umbrellas. There is one broken umbrella to the side of the pool, zero shade in the hot afternoon.
The pool is green, full of dead bugs on the bottom. The site near the grapevine is right, it has a tree that desperately needs to be trimmed if you do t want to scratch/damage your RV.
I messaged the host three times, never heard back from Patrick. One woman drove in, we gave her a wave (hoping to ask a question) but she ignored us.
It could be a great spot for HipCamp, but appears to be not well cared for. Not worth the money.

We had no communication with the host. Arrived quite late 8 pm so didn't expect to see him, but even so an email would have been good. The directions were spot on and we found the place easily. We booked electric hook up for our RV and use of the pool/hot tub but got nothing. Couldn't find hook up at all, the pool and hot tub were covered over and nothing from the host. I feel we should be offered some refund

Was a little hard to find in the evening (I was delayed on the drive/getting dinner before arriving). Otherwise it was peaceful & just what I needed to spend the night safely on my overnight trip through Paso Robles!
I loved that it was gated with a code, as I am a single female traveler!

Patrick's home is a great place to stop if you want to be in Paso, but prefer to stay out of RV parks. The pool and hot tub were both nice touches.
There is 30 amp power if you back up to the barn and a few water spigots.

Patrick was so helpful, and what a location, beautiful river nearby to skim stones, pool and hot tub on site, intimate and remote, not a sound to be heard at night apart from the crickets, I will strongly recommend to fellow RV enthusiasts.

This is a very nice property. The hosts have done a lot here. Their fruit trees were blooming when I was there. I would have liked to explore more but like the rest of California it was just too soggy. Very nice people. I recommend this site.

Tucked out of the way in a quiet area of Paso Robles.
May just have to be a bit careful if it’s been raining lots but a large field to park up wherever you want.
