We took our Class A on our way to Saguaro. Location is great, beautiful area. Shawn and Roxy are easy to communicate with. The property is near the forest. We walked over and took picture of sunset. All around great place.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! We stayed for a month in our 44ft Toyhauler on site 2. It felt private and safe and hosts are kind and helpful!! There are also so many places to explore. There is a hiking trail within walking distance. Bartlett Lake, Pleasant Lake and Horseshoe Lake and all worth the trip!

Address and directions provided by host were good, but campsite names were a bit confusing to determine. Otherwise great hookups.. didn't use dump station but great and big sites. Lovely natural views and perfect for stargazing

Last night of our camping trip. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Got the guitar out and entertained the local bunnies, doves and quail. Shawn and Roxy have a beautiful property.

I stayed in both spot one and two fabulous fabulous time fabulous views Serenity peacefulness. The hosts were unbelievably gracious and I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a very peaceful camping spot.

Difficult to find and the layout was rather awkward. My Full Hook Up sight was not set up so all hook ups were accessible. I felt safe, but the property did not give the peaceful vibe that was presented in the posting. Camping next to large storage containers was not ideal.

Saguaro Sanctuary

This property is a peaceful and beautiful desert landscape nestled amongst the saguaros. It was a treat to see so many of the cacti in bloom. We did not meet our hosts but they communicated promptly and the directions provided were clear.

This is such a peaceful spot! The lot and the landscaping was so gorgeous, it was like a park. There were so many birds. I am sure the sunsets are beautiful, but unfortunately we had a cloudy evening. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when in the area!

Shawn and Roxy were so accommodating when a truck mechanical issue left us stranded. The site was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The landscaping was fantastic and proved safe for our three dogs.

Shawn & Roxy have provided an excellent spot for peace, quiet, and beautiful surroundings. I also appreciate that they have provided easy access off the adjacent road with the diagonal entrances. Their communication was prompt and helpful! 😊

Great experience! It’s an excellent spot on a lovely property. Good for boon docking too! I like they have that option. Located well for day trips. Stayed here a whole week and didn’t run out of things to do! Hosts are sweet and check in. Everything you need.

Great location, walking distance to the Tonto national Forest with miles of hiking opportunities among the Saguaro cactus. Easy location to get to. Hosts were wonderful.

Great location and site! Hosts had awesome communication. Stopped here for 2 nights on my way out of the Phoenix area. The area felt very safe & boondockers 2 was a good distance from the other sites. Easy to access from the freeway. Enjoyed a few walks in the “Saguaro Forest” with our dog. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

The day we arrived at 1 Saguaro Forrest, it was one of the few days of heavy rain in Arizona. The site was well manicured, clean and had gravel throughout the property. This made for a easy and clean set up in the rain! The site was very private even though there were other campers nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed a spot for a night on our travels back north and found this option. Great boondocking spot with thoughtful landscaping and evening illumination. We enjoyed watching the birds and bunnies on the property. Description is accurate. Hosts were helpful. Will keep this on our list of places when we are back in AZ.

Ease of access to Phoenix was the most attractive part of this site. The property was nice and surrounding area was enjoyable. I would recommend. Dogs in area can be loud if camping with windows open. Camp hosts were very attentive even when not present.

The views are amazing. It’s very peaceful. We enjoyed walking a short distance to hike Tonto National Forest. Would be a great location if you have a UTV or ATV

Upon arrival, David was very friendly and directed us to our spot. David also recommended a walk in the saguaro forest which did not disappoint. Had anticipated more privacy given the photos and boondocking description. Neighborhood dogs and road traffic were tolerable in the morning.
