We were blown away by the spectacular views on Louis and Pamela’s land. It was pristine with all the amenities. The hospitality that they offer makes you feel like you’re right at home. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Saguaro View! We were in West with electric and water hookups. We had a gorgeous view and could walk from the property onto the Veterans Trail in Saguaro NP West. Our fellow campers were kind and friendly and we felt very safe. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Very private and near Saguaro National Park for hiking. But site was way too uneven. We could not get our rig level. Our RV and shoes were filthy after parking there because of the deep muddy ground. We suggest adding rocks to the dirt. For the price, I would not stay there again.

Lou and Pam have a wonderful, safe gated property in an excellent neighborhood. We loved the views, the quiet and petting the horses. And of course Lou is a GEM. Highly recommend this Hipcamp! Thank you Lou!

This was an incredibly gorgeous and peaceful property! Hiking trails were just off the property. The host met us and showed us the spot, which was level with new hookups. I loved hearing the horses they have, watching the birds and watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Lou is very personable and helpful. He has a spot that is easy to access and let's you sleep next to the Saguaros. It's a lovely quiet place with abundant wildlife. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful site and property! The view was spectacular and peaceful. We have 2 little kids and we all slept like babies! We are a Super C and 40 ft and we were able to make it in with no issues once we unhooked the jeep. I could see how it would be challenging with no experience but do your research go slow and it’s well worth it!! Oh and we loved the horses names…especially Trumpster.

Great time staying here and would absolutely recommend to others. The spot was level, the grounds were clean, and the utilities worked perfectly. The listing said there was no bathroom but we have on own on board so we don’t mind. Plug-ins and portable water at the site was awesome. Absolutely beautiful landscape surrounding this property. The path connecting to the National Park is a big plus, however once you leave the land managed by the national park it becomes hard to follow the trail back to the property. The picker-bushes are abundant and WILL stab you a couple times, hey it’s the desert what can you expect? Going in the winter is definitely the move though, the weather is cooler, the snakes are gone, and the NP is completely empty. Booking through Hipcamp was easy as always, then the hosts contacted us to find out our ETA. We hit traffic and didn’t get there until later on the evening but Louis and Pamela didn’t seem to mind and we were extremely grateful for that. Arrival was pretty easy but we were given GPS coordonsres so we almost ended up at the neighbors house, thankfully Louis came over on a buggy to guide us to the ride place and make sure we had everything we needed before heading off into the night. You should definitely stay here, I know that if I’m back in the area I certainly will!

Lovely view of the hills west of Tucson, and that’s because you are at the edge of town and looking out to beautiful saguaro cactuses. Luis is laid back and very helpful with showing you where you’ll be. His horses are very sweet. It was quiet and country just what we needed.

Beautiful place with gorgeous views!!! They have most of it rocked up (graveled) so you don’t get as much dust from the desert. Water on hand, picnic table right along with a nice level parking area. Really nice host to boot- definitely would stop again!! 😃

Louis and Pamela have created a lovely, private space to camp on their property. We would have loved spending more time, but still enjoyed breakfast at the picnic table overlooking the vista of saguaro amidst desert vegetation. It’s an easy drive from Tucson. Treat yourself!

Louis meet us at the camp site after checking in and made sure we were comfortable. This is a perfect getaway just outside of town. Pretty night sky with large cactuses around the site.
