Welcome to RV Parking, EV Charging and Hosting at Third and Survey! The parking property includes the fenced area around the shop address. The fenced area is our quiet area with access to 50 amp service and for our most self-contained guests who do not wish to use a generator. Loud generators or engines are not allowed. We are looking forward to meeting you and helping you enjoy your visit. Our property has easy access to acres and acres of Arizona Bureau of Land Management for hiking, biking, horseback riding, and properly permitted OHV use! EV Charging available by appointment! *** The money you donate to park with us is used in our Third and Survey Community Fund and general upkeep of our property. Quite Parking with Power Sites offer access to a 50 amp plug. We currently have four Quite Parking Sites with Power where generators are not allowed. These sites can accommodate parking for 25' to 45' campers with additional parking available for in- tow vehicles. We will reserve your spot based on the size of your equipment. We suggest having a minimum length of 35' power cord to reach your electric service. Your space for power access will be reserved for you based on the size of your equipment and your space number given to you prior to arrival. *** Other amenities such as trash pick-up, water top off and additional electric charging other than your 50 amp service are offered for an additional fee. Add-ons must be arranged with the property owner to assist you. *** The money you donate to park with us is used in our Third and Survey Community Fund and general upkeep of our property. You will be given a receipt for your records upon check-in.

These sites can accommodate parking for 25' to 55' and are for self-contained parking. We will reserve your spot based on the size of your equipment and communicate your space number to you prior to arrival. *** Other amenities such as trash pick-up, water top off and electric charging are offered at the shop property for an additional fee. Add-ons must be arranged with the property owner to assist you. *** The money you donate to park with us is used in our Third and Survey Community Fund and general upkeep of our property. You will be given a receipt for your records upon check-in.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in Tombstone!!! My hosts were very accommodating and were always in touch if needed. Borders BLM with access to hiking trails. My site was perfect. Very quiet!!! I'm definitely recommending and will stay only at Harvest when in town.

Wow! This was a perfect place to camp if you want to walk to see all the town of Tombstone and the OK Corral! Great shops, restaurants, saloons!! Leann was an awesome host and we will definitely be telling our family and friends about her place. We will be back!!!

Great location to walk to everything in Tombstone. Hosts are wonderful, slept great. Tip: depending on where you park there are 2 streetlights that are pretty bright. Eyeshields fixed that. We will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Leann, your RV lot was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything about our stay was spot on, especially the unbeatable location. Being directly across the street from the rodeo and just a short walk to the Main Street action made it so easy to soak up everything Tombstone has to offer. The lot was spacious, well-kept, and perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure. Whether we were enjoying quiet moments at the RV or diving into the historic charm of Tombstone, it felt like the perfect balance. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming spot to park your RV in Tombstone, this is it. Thanks for an incredible stay, Leann – we’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying at Third & Survey! The hosts were very communicative and provided all the details we needed to find their place and to be able to enjoy our stay. They are close to the Courthouse and OK Corral with easy walking distance to town. The other campers staying at Third & Survey were pleasant and helpful. The site was level with adequate space to maneuver.

Third and Survey is the perfect spot to stay if you’re coming to Tombstone. Situated just behind the courthouse, it’s only a short walk right to historic Allen street. Leann holds a wealth of knowledge about the local area as well as great recommendations on places to eat and sights to see. She is also incredibly helpful and accommodating. The spot is very quiet at night and provides a great view of the hills to the south of town. Also, the shootout arena is right across the street as well if you want to watch the rodeo. Overall this is the best spot to stay in Tombstone if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hookup or there’s plenty of dry camping right at the edge of the hills and blm land. We’ll definitely be back here on our next trip.

Great spot one block from the main attraction. Leann was very welcoming and helpful. You get stories, recommendations and e en a little historical booklet about the town and its people. The town itself gets you back in time with shops, horse carriage, reenactment of what life was like in the late part of 1800. Very sweet spot along the road close to Bisbee.

Leeann was very helpful with ideas of what to do in Tombstone. Not only did she provide a convenient place to stay, she made us feel at home. She has a variety of sites. Ours was level and easy to access. She had a table and chairs there too. Very nice place to stay. Would recommend checking this out.
