2 acres on the edge of BLM land overlooking the desert to the west. There is no neighbors close. We are out of the city and when the sun goes down there is no city lights and all you hear is the sounds of the coyotes talking. The days are quiet and calm. If you have a side by side with you, there is immediate access to the desert to ride for miles.Site 1 has beautiful sunset views to the West. We are located out of the city hustle and bustle. The days are quiet. The nights are pitch black with no signs of being close to a big city. All you hear is the coyotes serenading you to sleep.

Nice place, Noisy construction

This could have been a beautiful location and we were excited to spend some time there. Unfortunately, there are new housing developments going in and we were awakened our first night at 5am. Understanding the the owner has no control over the construction, it would have been nice to be given advance warning. We stayed 2 nights and let the host know we would be leaving due to the noise. He was considerate and refunded us for the nights we didn't stay. We never met the host, only dealt with him through Hipcamp messaged.

Troy's spot worked out great for us. He met us when we arrived. Which worked out great since us newbies didn't know that we didn't have the right power adapter. Troy had one for us to borrow. The site was quiet with easy access to site.

The site was peaceful, private, and provided all of the amenities needed for our stay. The location was great for us...close enough to family, but just far enough away 😉 We brought out off road bikes, so proximity to trails was great! We highly recommend staying at Troy's and will definitely stay here again next time we pass through.

Great stay

We loved staying at Troy's! They were very friendly, the landscape was beautiful and the remote, quiet area...yet close to conveniences was perfect! Add to that, the full hookups that can be difficult to find at a hip camp and it's knocked out of the ballpark! Don't hesitate to book the site.

Tranquil Desert Oasis! RV Getaway!

Recently parked our RV on a stunning piece of property out in the desert and couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was truly worth the booking as it allowed us to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature. The tranquility of the surroundings made our stay incredibly relaxing. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy some quiet time in a beautiful desert setting. The host Troy was very communicative and accomodating.

Troy’s property was very easy to find using GPS in the day and at night as it had lights on the entrance. It was close to town and the friends we were meeting during the 3 days we stayed. We loved the easy access to pull in and get hooked up to power, water, and waste quickly. Very nice view of Arizona sunset and very quiet!
