Grass River Retreat is set back behind the Ellis Ranch in the riparian area next to the Popo Agie River on 3 1/2 acres. We are frequented by an abundance of wildlife and welcomed by our two friendly llamas, Trip and Journey. Wandering around the property, you will find bees, ducks, chickens, turkeys, and an organic garden. Only two miles to town and 6 miles to Sinks Canyon State Park.Get ready for “glamping” in this cozy yurt cabin just 6 miles from Sinks Canyon State Park and 2 miles from Lander. Visit the Sink and the Rise, take a hike to Popo Agie Falls, drive to South Pass City, or visit our local Pioneer Museum. Sit under the stars eating s’mores by the campfire or snuggle up with a good book on the hammock or the Adirondack chairs.
