There is also a number of cattle on the property who may visit your campsite!

We are 20 minutes from the quaint Childers Township and 50 minutes from Bundaberg.
The property is totally private and caravans cannot been seen from the road, the owners live on the property and only booked guests are to enter the property offering security and peace of mind.
Whether you want to bird watch, kayak, fish (catch and release only), hike or ride one of the many trails or sit, relax and
read your favourite book, we promise a warm welcome; from the wildlife and the proprietors Miranda, Brendon and Esa the dog.
Dam Crazy is also pet friendly, dogs must be cleaned up after and may be walked off leash on the walking trails (please be mindful of other campers, farm animals and wildlife), they may also swim in the dam but must be contained or kept on leash in the campsite areas.
The dam is very deep and could have snags washed down in floods, so we suggest children wear life jackets, and MUST be supervised by adults at all times around the water.
Numbers are limited to ensure you have plenty of space and privacy!

Our names are Chris and Christine. We recently moved to Gundiah Qld and acquired a beautiful piece of land (approx. 320 acres) with about 70 acres of picturesque camping located on the Mary River. Our property is located halfway between Gympie and Maryborough (approx. 20 minutes from the Bruce Highway) tucked away down a private road which is lovely and peaceful. We have plenty of walking trails and a bike track to keep the kids amused! There is easy access to the Mary River if you would like a spot of fishing or swimming.
We have a large fire pit and 2 flushing toilets and showers located on the other side of the campground.
We are just setting up but hope to soon have coffee available in the bar area located on the other side of the campground.
We also have fire pits available with plenty of free firewood located on the property.
Your fury friends are more than welcome but for the safety of them and others must be on a lead at all times.
We are located about 50 minutes from Gympie, an hour 15 minutes from Rainbow Beach and or Hervey Bay, 45 minutes from Maryborough and the town of Tiaro is only 15 minutes down the road which has a Foodworks, Pub, United Fuel and Cafe.
Don't forget the local Gundy Pub is only 5 minutes down the road.

I. run a cattle grazing farm in Duingal, right on the Burnett River, 18km out of Gin Gin and 60km from Bundaberg.
We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion.
For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property
overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water.
There are NO Ammenities available so own toilet is a MUST!
Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes.
There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained!
Don’t have a kayak, no worries.
We also have kayaks available for hire.
We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography!
All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking.
Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for
communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and
around 50km from Bundaberg.
Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available.

Camp at our farm retreat with us and our Scottish Highland Coos. You will have plenty of room to yourself, there is potable water available and porta loos. We are working on getting showers but in the meantime if you need to clean up and don't mind doing it bush/camp style we can organise a hose with a showerhead and clean water for you in a private spot.
We are 5 minutes out of Childers Queensland. They might be a little shy but they wander around freely and love to be hand fed and brushed by Chrissy. Everyone will enjoy seeing these cuties.
You'll meet Kelvin the Scottish Highland Bull, Oakley who is new mum to Lucy Moo born 5th of February and Willow, mum to Ferdinand (Ferdi) born earlier this year on the 3rd of January, so two beautiful calves to watch doing zoomies around the yard, swimming in the dam or chilling under a tree 😁
Also some chooks, ducks and Guinea fowl and our 2 dogs Jesse a blue heeler and Cane our Maremma who is the night guard for our animals so does bark a little at night if there is a fox or something around.
Relax. unwind or go for a short bush walk and listen to the kookaburras.
There are wonderful cafes and bakeries in Childers, an IGA and Woolworths. We are near Bingera National park, Cordalba state forest with an hour to some top snorkelling spots, also Drive passed acres of sugarcane and macadamia fields we are 45 minutes from Hervey Bay and 40 minutes the other way to Bundaburg. We love being so close to the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef.
