Beautiful site! Can’t wait to come back! We had a slight issue with the other campers but that’s wasn’t Martin’s fault! Martin greeted us the day we got there to see if we needed anything which was super nice! The only slight issue was that the wood from the bundle was a bit damp which made making a fire somewhat tricky, but it had rained the entire week leading up to our trip so that was understandable.

Fantastic piece of land with an awesome stream. Very chill, and kids caught crawfish, salamanders, and were able to see tons of wildlife. Only downside, ticks.

The site is beautiful, peaceful and private. It overlooks the creek with a path to get into it. It’s my favorite place to camp.
There are ticks, bring a repellant.

My friends and I enjoyed our night camping on Martin’s land. The trail to the campsite was easy to follow, and the campsite itself was lovely and secluded by a beautiful stream. Even after a day of rain, the ground was still firm. We would love to return in the future!

Have camped here twice in the past month and really enjoy the setting. The creek is beautiful and there’s winding paths through the woods that are fun for all ages. We were completely undisturbed by the other group of campers. We saw a fox in the brush which was a major highlight. Also have seen ducks, birds of prey, snakes, and frogs.

I took my daughter camping and we loved the secluded spot right on the creek. Great in the woods experience with lots of opportunity to explore, we had a great visit and would definitely return.

Our group had a really good time on this land and would definitely visit again. There was no one staying on the other site while we were there, so it was very private. The camp keeper was communicative, responsive, and patient with us as we got what we needed and our group arrived / departed. We saw cutie water snakes, lots of crawfish, minnows, and MANY birds. This is a great site for the Merlin app. We appreciated the proximity to Philadelphia, as well. Note that there is no communal table at this site and you would be best served to bring your own chairs as well. The toilet was rustic, but average for the camp toilets we've experienced. It was super nice to have access to potable water! This was a laidback experience overall that would be great for folks who are generally self-sufficient.

This was my second trip there. I had a good time. I enjoy the walk back to the site, its good exercise. Nice and peaceful, just the sound of the creek mostly. Had a little rain, no big deal if your prepared for it. Its fairly close to where i live, so its perfect for a quick getaway. I’ll be going back

Nice secluded site by the creek. Nice firepit, also nice flat spot for my tent. Had a good trip over all. Only issue i had was the wind, Had to be real careful with the fire. I plan on going back for a full weekend soon.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sacchara! Mike was an awesome host who helped out with firewood whenever needed. The property is beautiful and right on the creek. This camp spot was furthest from the parking spot but was a pleasant and short walk. It took no time at all to pack in or pack out.
Only feedback would be the toilet situation, I bring my own so it’s no big deal but I know for others it could be a tougher situation. Overall I had a wonderful and welcomed time and I would definitely come back.

I wish we could have stayed longer! This weekend getaway was much needed, and Martin's land is just gorgeous especially with the Fall leaves. I hope to return in the Spring!

This was a very well maintained and level site for tent camping. The fire pit area was nice and had natural seating, a metal grate for cooking and was great to use. The entire site overlooks the stream and faces the woods beyond (with all the autumn colors). The walk back to the site was easy (especially with provided wheelbarrow!) and you could take the straight shot from parking (Passing the other two sites) right to Sacchara or follow the creek to the site. The eggs were a great touch too, definitely order some!

Red Rock Rabbit Ranch was lovely! There are a ton of birds, a cute creek, and some walking trails on the property. We had a great time staying at Lindera, which was very close to the parking lot. The other campsite was further into the property (and probably a little more removed from the street noise) and right next to the creek. I recommend going to Ott’s Exotic Plants which is nearby. :) Martin stopped by to make sure things were okay, and when it was time for us to leave we met Martin’s grandpa! Very sweet and funny guy.

Martin's land was beautiful and peaceful. Great location near Philly, and lovely place to spend an evening.
A few things for future campers to know: The Sacchara spot is a bit of a walk from the parking, so make sure your stuff is haul-able. The water spigot, was difficult to access (there was a complicated gardening hookup attached and while there were another spigot, I couldn't get them to turn on). The toilet was just a trash can.

We really enjoyed the campsite, forest, and nearby creek. The site felt private and was clean. Great spot to camp with kids (two 4 year olds). We had our dog with us as well.

What a beautiful spot! The creek is magical and there are places deep enough to dip in. My son and his friends loved catching crawfish and wading in the water. Super private & laid back. Martín is very responsive. Ordered firewood and eggs (which are pretty & delicious). Overall a great experience.
Just one thing to note: The campsites are set back from the road so there’s definitely privacy, but you can hear car traffic, which mostly dissipates late at night. It’s not a deterrent for us, but thought it worth noting for expectations sake. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The campsite is set in the middle of a beautiful little valley. We saw frogs and plenty of deer while camping. A few recommendations to make it a better experience… Provide a picnic table for the campsite, and figure out a better latrine situation.

I never get tired of camping at Martins, it’s relaxing, clean, and serene , while maintaining the primitive style I prefer. The creek is incredible for a quick dip on a hot day, or just to wash off the funk of campfire and off bug spray. Can’t wait to book some fall days 🤙⛺️
