Highly recommend this Hipcamp The entrance into the property was very inviting with a long road lined with trees and followed the river leading to the Farm house with a huge turning circle for caravans. The host Troy & Angella were friendly, informative and our site number 1 was right on the river. We had no trees in front of our site just some small plants. So we had full view of the river. There are steps leading down to the river which is sandy and good for swimming (which our dog Bonnie loved). You can have a small fire but we didn’t feel the need at this time of year. The grounds are very well maintained and nice green grass. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp and shall be returning again.

Weekend Trip to Bellinger River Camping

My partner and I really enjoyed our camping experience on the Belinger River.. The scenery was picturesque, lush green grass and landscape and a beautiful river to swim in. Also a great place for our fury child to run around.. Ben was prompt and easy to communicate with. You will need to be self sufficient and bring everything you need as there is no facilities apart from pit toilets. Which we enjoyed that part of it too. Close to town but still feels like you’re away from it all..

We had such a wonderful stay at Wia Ora Crossing. The private campsite made it feel peaceful and secluded, and the creek just steps away was absolutely beautiful. The swimming hole is a real highlight — clear, refreshing, and completely private. It was the perfect place to switch off, relax, and enjoy nature without any interruptions. Bellinger River Tourist Park took over in 2009. We have been slowly improving the land along the way and hope to make more improvements as we go. Adored by both young and old, you can find us halfway between Brisbane and Sydney, 3km off the Pacific Highway in the small town of Repton, just 10 minutes drive from the well known arts and craft town of Bellingen and just 15 minutes south of the conveniences and attractions of Coffs Harbour. Our park has a variety of accommodation options available to suit your needs and budget. Choose to stay at one of our powered or unpowered caravan and camping sites, with our waterfront sites large enough to accommodate all types of camper trailers, caravans and motor homes. As a Pet friendly park, you can bring along your additional family member on holidays with you, subject to the conditions of our Pet Policy. For the convenience of our guests, our Family Orientated Amenities block features 10 suites with hair dryers disabled shower, baby room, men’s room, guest laundry and a filtered water bottle station. We have a dump point located onsite with easy access. Bring your boat and your fishing rod along, and enjoy the magical sunrises and sunsets of the serene Bellinger River, right from your site. Pet Policy: Pets must be kept on a lead (retractable lead locked at no more than 1.5 metres) at all times and either retained by hand by an adult or tied up within your camp site. There is no “off leash area” in the park. Pets are not to be left unattended whilst you go out, they must go out with you. Pet owners are responsible for collection and disposal of their pet’s waste which must be sealed in a bag and disposed of in a rubbish bin. Bags are available for purchase in the office. Pet owners are personally responsible and liable for any and all injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions relating to their pet. For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property. For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the Amenities Block, Laundry, Camp Kitchen, Community Garden, Pool (including pool area), BBQ area, or near, in or under Villas. We are farmers, living the dream on 500 acres in beautiful Bellingen. Our farm is called Levenvale Farm. You will feel a million miles away, yet we are only 7mins into the town of Bellingen. We run an organic cattle property and have found a few spots around our farm to share with campers and glampers. Our campsites are "Beyond the Bridge" and "Old Flat Camp". Both are on cattle paddocks and have private access to Hydes Creek. Hydes Creek is a murky sandy base creek. There's lots of logs so its not recommend to jump in, but it's beautiful to cool off in the creek on a hot day. Both campsites have access to our compost toilet, and camping shower (gas hot water). If you prefer a bit more comfort or don't have your own camping gear, you can escape the hustle and enjoy being perched up on one of the highest points on the farm (with incredible views), in our Farm Huts. Both mHuts are furnished with beds and linen with limited power. Both gave private ensuite with compost toilet, gas hot water shower and basic kitchen. Book these Huts via our farm website. At all our campsites, we welcome you to have a small fire, and cook up a BBQ. Our Farm Shop is open 24/7 to self serve and grab some organic beef sausages or steaks. Reach out if you want us to have them defrosted for your arrival. All of our listings offer spectacular sunrises, sunsets over the mountains and wanderings through lush rainforest. Seven acres mixed forest and lawn alongside Spicketts Creek which is excellent for swimming in with a waterfall and a diving board. The birds are amazing here - you'll be woken by kookaburras. Extensive State Forests are adjacent to the property so there are lots of walks. Motorbikes can be stored here although not ridden on the property itself. We offer 12 sites for campers, mainly well grassed with beautiful views and varying degrees of privacy. Toilet and cold shower available. The 400m gravel driveway has speed bumps and is not normally suitable for 2WDs that are towing vehicles or front WD motor homes. Certain sites may also not be suitable for rear wheel 2wd motorhomes. Caravans up to 6m with 4WD cars OK. Camper trailers OK with AWD. Sites will be allocated on arrival depending on weather conditions. All campers have access to the same swimming hole and creek. 3 fresh water supply taps. Long drop "loo with a view" is 140m from the creek. Cold shower at the creek. Up to 2 small and medium dogs up to 20 kg Dogs Ok but Male dogs under 3 yrs old must be desexed and all dogs on leashes within 25 metres of house or as otherwise requested.

Big Sky Farm is situated on 85 stunning acres, 3km from the beautiful Bellingen township. There are three sites in total, stretching approximately 150 metres. Two are camp sites and there is a Glamping/ Bell tent site coming soon. All three sites have direct river access. Riverview camp site offers a timber outdoor setting and a private campfire. Riverfern offers a private campfire. (Campfires are to be used when fire restrictions aren’t in place, limited firewood supplied but can be purchased at an additional cost) The Kalang river runs through the property offering direct access to spectacular private swimming holes, views and wide river frontage. There is also plenty of shade trees along the river. You are welcome to bring your own kayaks to explore on the river. There is plenty of access for cars, caravans and motor homes. We now have a brand new portable loo for your convenience, however we do suggest considering what else you will need to bring before you make a booking. Internet is limited with 5G in some spots around the river and camping areas. Pets unfortunately are no longer permitted as American Bison and cattle are farmed on the property. Some of the areas best beaches are under 20 minutes from the property with Coffs Harbour and the airport approximately 30 minutes away.
