Hi! Unfortunately, we’re not able to stay at Ricky and Kristi‘s land due to an unforeseen scheduling problem. Their communication was excellent and we look forward to staying at their wonderful property someday in the future. Property description is misleading
One of posted pictures shows a tent in a camping location in green grass near the river. The property is actually in completely undeveloped sagebrush well away from the river and river access is a long way from property through mudflats. The blurry picture of sagebrush on the website is the most representative of the property. It is very important to note it takes a while to get to the property via sandy rutted dirt roads off the main highway, so if it rains you will need a 4WD vehicle to get out. (The listing does recommend 4WD) We had difficulty finding the property from the given description which mentioned a property sign. Despite riding completely round the very large property we could not find the sign. Texting the owners they said just camp anywhere. We had to squash sagebrush to park our vehicle as there were no signs of previous parking we could find. Other campers had also struggled to find the property previously as reported by some people we asked on a nearby property.

Had such a great time. Beautiful views and very comfortable ranch. I slept great and the host was very helpful and great with communication!
