Union Valley Reservoir
A rustic region tucked away into the mountains of Eldorado National Forest, Union Valley Reservoir is best known for it's relative lack of crowds compared to similar locations in the nearby Tahoe area. Motorized boats are not permitted in Union Valley and therefore the calm waters are a perfect place to paddleboard, kayak, canoe, and much more.
