There are many horse trails in the area, if you want to bring your horses that is fine as long as you bring containment for them and clear it with us first. There is a Bills gas n grocery as well as a G-will liquors less than a minute from the property. The Ponds golf course is about 4 mins away as well. If you are looking to hit downtown Anoka that is a straight shot and approx 12 mins away. This site is on an active hobby farm that has dogs, cats, horses, chickens, goats, and multiple gardens. There is a short stretch of gravel leading to the driveway, but the site is concrete, flat, and as described. Dave was there to greet us, and get our rig situated. Loved the sunrise and sunset!

Tim was so attentive as a host, and it made us feel immediately welcome. Everything was exactly as advertised on the listing, and the animals were such a fun presence to be around. Much needed balm for the soul for a couple city folk.

With pets
Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to work with. They made sure to greet us when we arrived and checked periodically with us to make sure we were good and everything was to our satisfaction. The concert pad was nice and level, with plenty of water pressure and electricity. We highly recommend David's rv spot and already have plans to reserve our spot for next year! Also, they were so accepting of our little chihuahua Oppie. And they say if a dog likes a person than you know they are good people!

Very friendly and accomodating hosts. Lots of yard games and fire pit available. Walking paths were nicely mowed and through the woods with a creek. Hosts offered us fresh vegetables from their garden.

I have stayed in the parking lot spot many times when needing to come down to the cities for short stays (I live north of cities) and it’s always been a great spot. Yes, there is parking lot traffic, but honestly it hasn’t bothered me. No water or sewer; but 30amp hookup is helpful! They have end great hosts.

With kids
Our host were beyond great. Tim even set us up with an extension cord at our rv site so we still had some power.
Being near all the animals was a blast for our kid as well.
With the fresh eggs meat and whole chickens you can even purchase in their barn store, there was not really a point we were lacking anything.
Will definitely stay here again.
