If you're looking for something closer to Seattle, you'll find lots of private yurts and glamping tents—as well as a few treehouses—in the Olympic Peninsula. If you are traveling from the North side: Watch for milepost number 193, you are very close. George took a deep breath and exhaled. He smiled, a twinkle in his eye, and said, "Randy, (dramatic pause), don't worry, {another lengthy pause) don't hurry." We are fortunate to live here, and we want to share the beauty with you. Please stay here and take a moment free of worry and free of hurry. About the hosts: Camas and her father, Randy, co-host this property. One or both will be onsite at all times should any issue arise. Please message if you need a last-minute booking and it appears to be blocked. We can't do an "instant book," but there's always a possibility that we can accommodate you. About the site: This 17-foot 2005 Jay Feather Ultra Lite trailer is clean and cozy - perfect for one or two people. A third person is welcome, but it will likely be a little cramped. The double bed has a memory foam mattress and is made-up with quality sheets. Towels are provided at no extra cost. The kitchen has a 3 burner propane stove and oven, a small fridge, a microwave, and sink. Coffee, tea, tea kettle, French Press, creamer, and sugar are provided, as well as a few dishes, a pot and pan, and utensils. The spring water is sourced directly from our property and filtered, so you can enjoy it from the tap! In my opinion, it's some of the best water around - feel free to fill up before you depart. The site is set back from WA-State Route 106, but only by about 20 yards. There is traffic noise during the day, but it's not too bad, and it is typically pretty quiet at night. Hopefully you enjoy the sounds of wildlife ~ birds, lapping waves, and even a creek add to the experience. A panoramic view of the estuary is one of the best parts of this property. It's dreamy, really. With the tide changing every 6 hours, you just can't get bored. You may fall asleep to tide flats and wake up to what feels like a lake. If you like being on or in the water - bring some kayaks, surf or paddle boards, and some high quality water shoes (never go barefoot!). You will have access to 400 feet of private beach and tide flats. Kayaking is tide dependent - recommendations for paddle times will be in the binder. (Currently closed to harvesting 6/23) If you have your shellfish license, feel free to harvest a few oysters or clams (depending on DOH recommendations) . Be aware - it is a rustic beach, and it is across the highway, so watch for traffic and watch your step on the beach. Our house is within sight of the trailer, but you have to make an effort to see it. From our house, we can only see the parking spot, and due to shrubbery & a shed, we can't hear talking voices, so it is pretty private. We do have 2 very friendly, small dogs who will undoubtedly alert us to your arrival, but they stay on our deck and quiet down right away. A welcome binder and maps will help you get an idea of the area. For a tiny town, Union has a LOT to offer - there are several dining choices within a few miles. Union was even listed in the top 10 "Prettiest Towns in America" in Forbes Magazine in 2009! Learn more about this land: One of a kind view of the Skokomish Estuary and Olympic Mountains. We are fortunate to live here, and we want to share the beauty with you. Please stay here and take a moment free of worry and free of hurry. About the hosts: Camas and her father, Randy, co-host this property. One or both will be onsite at all times should any issue arise. Please message if you need a last-minute booking and it appears to be blocked. We can't do an "instant book," but there's always a possibility that we can accommodate you. About the site: This 17-foot 2005 Jay Feather Ultra Lite trailer is clean and cozy - perfect for one or two people. A third person is welcome, but it will likely be a little cramped. The double bed has a memory foam mattress and is made-up with quality sheets. Towels are provided at no extra cost. The kitchen has a 3 burner propane stove and oven, a small fridge, a microwave, and sink. Coffee, tea, tea kettle, French Press, creamer, and sugar are provided, as well as a few dishes, a pot and pan, and utensils. The spring water is sourced directly from our property and filtered, so you can enjoy it from the tap! In my opinion, it's some of the best water around - feel free to fill up before you depart. The site is set back from WA-State Route 106, but only by about 20 yards. There is traffic noise during the day, but it's not too bad, and it is typically pretty quiet at night. Hopefully you enjoy the sounds of wildlife ~ birds, lapping waves, and even a creek add to the experience. A panoramic view of the estuary is one of the best parts of this property. It's dreamy, really. With the tide changing every 6 hours, you just can't get bored. You may fall asleep to tide flats and wake up to what feels like a lake. If you like being on or in the water - bring some kayaks, surf or paddle boards, and some high quality water shoes (never go barefoot!). You will have access to 400 feet of private beach and tide flats. Kayaking is tide dependent - recommendations for paddle times will be in the binder. (Currently closed to harvesting 6/23) If you have your shellfish license, feel free to harvest a few oysters or clams (depending on DOH recommendations) . Be aware - it is a rustic beach, and it is across the highway, so watch for traffic and watch your step on the beach. Our house is within sight of the trailer, but you have to make an effort to see it. From our house, we can only see the parking spot, and due to shrubbery & a shed, we can't hear talking voices, so it is pretty private. We do have 2 very friendly, small dogs who will undoubtedly alert us to your arrival, but they stay on our deck and quiet down right away. A welcome binder and maps will help you get an idea of the area. For a tiny town, Union has a LOT to offer - there are several dining choices within a few miles. Union was even listed in the top 10 "Prettiest Towns in America" in Forbes Magazine in 2009! Learn more about this land: One of a kind view of the Skokomish Estuary and Olympic Mountains. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach, local Surfhouse Cafe for coffee and cinnamon rolls and peacefully enjoy your evenings roast marshmallows over your own outdoor firepit. Our Bell Tent is located on our adjacent property to Moby's Beachhouse. The space Welcome to Moby's Cozy Coastal Glamping experience, boho Canvas Glam Tent in Pacific Beach, ideally located just a 5-minute flat walk from the beach and a 3-minute drive from Seabrook Resort! This spacious 300 square foot tent comfortably accommodates two adults, a perfect retreat near the beach. Interior wood burning fireplace (first set of firewood included and fire set & ready to light), Gas BBQ, Outdoor firepit and separate, private heated full bathroom. The heated full bathroom is located in the separate newly built garage where you will also find a coffee bar with biscotti treats. The garage space is not shared with the primary Moby's Beachhouse rental. Please bring wood for your outdoor firepit fire, which can easily be purchased down the street at the local market. Please note you have access to the yard and area where the tent is located. A white fence separates your area from Moby's Beachhouse, next door. Our cozy tent sleeps 2, includes a comfy full size bed, interior wood burning fireplace, bistro table and a private, full heated bathroom located in the new garage next to the tent. An outdoor firepit, Propane BBQ and picnic table are also on the property for Yurt use. Sleeps 2, No pets in the tent. The two outbuildings on the property are unoccupied. This is a separate booking from Moby's Beachhouse. This is an open, grassy lot with a large tree and beach grass. There is a new garage adjacent which contains the full heated bathroom and a coffee station for your private, exclusive use. The garage is not rentable, nor used for cars. The property is off of a non busy road that is used by neighbors.

My family bought this property from a wonderful man renowned in the world of plant pathology. My father once asked him, "George, what is the secret to a long and happy life?" George took a deep breath and exhaled. He smiled, a twinkle in his eye, and said, "Randy, (dramatic pause), don't worry, {another lengthy pause) don't hurry." We are fortunate to live here, and we want to share the beauty with you. Please stay here and take a moment free of worry and free of hurry. About the hosts: Camas and her father, Randy, co-host this property. One or both will be onsite at all times should any issue arise. Please message if you need a last-minute booking and it appears to be blocked. We can't do an "instant book," but there's always a possibility that we can accommodate you. About the site: This 17-foot 2005 Jay Feather Ultra Lite trailer is clean and cozy - perfect for one or two people. A third person is welcome, but it will likely be a little cramped. The double bed has a memory foam mattress and is made-up with quality sheets. Towels are provided at no extra cost. The kitchen has a 3 burner propane stove and oven, a small fridge, a microwave, and sink. Coffee, tea, tea kettle, French Press, creamer, and sugar are provided, as well as a few dishes, a pot and pan, and utensils. The spring water is sourced directly from our property and filtered, so you can enjoy it from the tap! In my opinion, it's some of the best water around - feel free to fill up before you depart. The site is set back from WA-State Route 106, but only by about 20 yards. There is traffic noise during the day, but it's not too bad, and it is typically pretty quiet at night. Hopefully you enjoy the sounds of wildlife ~ birds, lapping waves, and even a creek add to the experience. A panoramic view of the estuary is one of the best parts of this property. It's dreamy, really. With the tide changing every 6 hours, you just can't get bored. You may fall asleep to tide flats and wake up to what feels like a lake. If you like being on or in the water - bring some kayaks, surf or paddle boards, and some high quality water shoes (never go barefoot!). You will have access to 400 feet of private beach and tide flats. Kayaking is tide dependent - recommendations for paddle times will be in the binder. (Currently closed to harvesting 6/23) If you have your shellfish license, feel free to harvest a few oysters or clams (depending on DOH recommendations) . Be aware - it is a rustic beach, and it is across the highway, so watch for traffic and watch your step on the beach. Our house is within sight of the trailer, but you have to make an effort to see it. From our house, we can only see the parking spot, and due to shrubbery & a shed, we can't hear talking voices, so it is pretty private. We do have 2 very friendly, small dogs who will undoubtedly alert us to your arrival, but they stay on our deck and quiet down right away. A welcome binder and maps will help you get an idea of the area. For a tiny town, Union has a LOT to offer - there are several dining choices within a few miles. Union was even listed in the top 10 "Prettiest Towns in America" in Forbes Magazine in 2009! Learn more about this land: One of a kind view of the Skokomish Estuary and Olympic Mountains. 10/4/2025-10/5/2025 We were looking for a night away to spend my birthday. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for us. This was better than any hotel we could have Chosen. The set up Is perfect. She put so much thought into making our arrival special. From the personalized note/instructions, the flowers, little patio over looking the water to the privacy fence to the easy access to the trailer. The host was very responsive and it was soooooo clean inside. We will definitely be back to enjoy it again!

We enjoy camping on John's expansive property. It is clean and orderly with better bathrooms than a national or state park! There is easy access to potable water, and a decent amount of space between sites for privacy. We have "tent" camped there a couple of times (we have sleeping arrangements in our vehicle), and we most recently rented one of their cabins for a night. It was clean and cozy. There are "glamping" amenities such as a heater, electric outlets, a microwave and comfy mattresses on the platform beds. The curtains provided privacy, and the porch outside gave us a nice place to sit and enjoy nature and light-hearted artwork. The property is close enough to the town of Forks and the junction at which to head to the gorgeous, pristine ocean beaches. The owners can be easily reached by phone when necessary. We will return!

We had such a great time at the Chinook Cabin at the Olympic Adventure Camp! John was so very nice and accommodating, as we got there late. The campgrounds are so beautiful, especially for this girl who came here from Ohio! The cabin is essentially a shed with a heater, a microwave and two cots but it fit our needs for the one night we stayed! Two people in our group said they want to make plans to come back soon!

The campgrounds were amazing!! the setting was beautiful and the directions were on point!! Everything listed was there: kitchen, kitchenware, running hot water for bathrooms, functional toilets in restrooms. Though the tent had a heater, it didn't do a great job, but thank goodness for blankets! (bring your own sleeping bag if you'd like extra comfort and warmth). was a perfect location for my hikes within Olympic; 30-45 mins to Hurricane Ridge and 15 mins from Storm King. I'd surely consider staying here once I plan my Pacific NW road trip!

The set up was really cute! I loved how many different options there were depending on what type of adventure you want. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It had a little bit of everything and was perfect for our stay. My only complaint would be that I wish the water in the shower was warmer. The place had good heaters though so that made up for it. Otherwise it was a great place and I can't wait to stay here again.

What an incredible slice of perfection. Camas is an amazing hostess, providing beautiful flowers and welcome treats, fresh fruit from the property, and a safe van place to rejuvenate. The views were spectacular and I counted more than 25 birds during my stay. The final night, Camas was kind enough to let me know the bioluminescence were visible. Pure magic from the shoreline. This is definitely a spot worthy of visiting and returning to.

Tent kept us dry and bedding was clean! We brought our own sleeping bags for warmth, which I 10/10 recommend as the nights can get chilly. The host offered to set up a propane pit/tank for an extra fee as there was a burn ban in place, which really added to our experience! Loved hearing the river and the birds in the morning. Clean porta-potty’s, and a well lit central area so you’re not stumbling in the dark. 15 mins to Forks, 10mins to La Push, this location is perfect for beach and forest trail hiking and close to food/supplies. Enjoy!

Stay at our private piece of rain forest paradise. Our 9 acres of forest is adjacent to the Olympic national park and the Olympic discovery trail. Camp next to Lake Crescent and the Sol Duc river/ hot springs, immersed in the Olympic rain forest, next to a bubbling creek. There is hiking , biking and boating in all directions. Each camp is semi secluded, surrounded in ferns and old growth trees. With many trails that loop around and covered outdoor kitchens, its a great spot to chill and cook or explore the forests thousands of ferns and bubbling brooks . Located a mile and a half from Lake Crescent, adjacent to the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Olympic National Park, our property is a perfect gathering point to explore the possibilities of the peninsula. You will think you're in the park.

At times the cows can be loud when they are in heat or giving birth. They sometime find their way onto the campground as well. They are not aggressive and will walk away if you clap at them. Bathrooms are a port-a-potty. Unfortunately, we do not have showers or Wifi at this time. However, showers are available at the local gym for a $10 day pass. Bring your own towel and soap. Rules: 1. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am 2. No fires over 2 feet tall 3. When burn ban is in effect gas fires only 4. Do not trespass on neighboring property or cow field 5. Drive slow on the road leading up to the campground (10 mph). The owner's cats are often on the road near the entrance so keep an eye out when driving.
