This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Roberts land was located in a prime spot for me. I appreciated having a secure spot to camp and a quiet parking spot. Thanks for all the help getting parked and setup. Looks like a great camping spot for off-road vehicles too.

Weekend Trip to Ricks Exercise Farm

We loved camping on their land. It was very peaceful and cozy. No other campers, just us. We appreciated how most of the yard was fenced. Having well behaved dogs, we didnt have to tether them. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. Even left us some fresh corn from their garden. We stayed here for the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival in Prosser. Location was perfect. Lots to do in the area too. We will be back! Thank you!!

Weekend Trip to Rock Creek Ranch

This spot was exactly what I needed for a night as I was just passing through. The drive in was stunning going through Mt Rainier. The host greeted me when I got there and gave me the wifi password. I took the spot with the electrical outlet and was assured that the security cameras didn’t point at my site. Overall, felt safe & unbothered.
