The campsites and tipi use the port-a-potty and have the use of an on-demand outdoor shower, which is free of charge. Our home and farm is on two acres. Your tent site, is all in our ample acreage. Although pets are welcome, we expect them to be well-behaved around our two cats, our own big sweetie of a pup, Frejya, our two crazy goats Cupcake and Muffin, and our free-ranging chickens. Expect to hear some animal noises here on the farm. Our property literally borders the scenic highway. Because we are so close, you can hear the sunset-view-seeking drivers, motorcycle riders, and yes, racers who come out this way for a spin on one of the most scenic highways in the world. 1 night at Red Cloud Ranch

My wife and I only stayed one night in the “glamping pod with gorgeous views at Red Cloud Ranch” and the description and pictures are exactly as described on their Hipcamp listing. It was very cozy with a small heater and all the bedding you need. Shannon provided great directions and met us when we arrived, she was super nice and helpful. The drive to the property is pretty magical on a clear day with easterly views of Mt. Hood and cute black cows dotting the sides of their road. It wasn’t a problem for us but worth noting that there is 3-4 mile gravel and dirt road leading up to the property. Also, at the time of this review, there was no shower which we were aware of. If we were staying more than one night glamping, a shower would be a great addition. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay would definitely come back if we were in the area again!

Love it, I wanted to do something different and it was. I love Rick and his wife very much and thier beautiful female dog. It was so nice to be away from the dry heat of eastern washington. I like how the tipi was set inside. I've never spent the night in one before it was a trip. Thanks to Rick and his wife thanks for the wonderful weekend! And of course hipcamp, I'm from the bay area and it's things like this that keep life interest!!!

This treehouse was so fun for our weekend family trip! It’s a bit of a walk to get there, but such a cute setup. So nice to have a toilet, sink and shower with warm water! The host and co-host were so helpful and even helped get my favorite hat back after I left it on checkout day 🤦‍♀️ Thank you to Barry and Peter!

It was a wonderful stay in the cabin with my daughter and grandson. The grounds are beautiful and all surrounded by trees and flowers. A nice big fire pit and we enjoyed roasting our hotdogs, marshmallows and making s’mores.. It was only 25 minutes to the Ape Caves and the trail of Two Forests. It looks like a great choice for an RV without being jam packed and crazy loud like the Cougar RV and campground. Our host Sandra was also great!

What a fun/adventurous stay. This place was more than a treehouse. It had everything you needed for a quick rest during traveling or an over night with kids. It’s a magical foresty oasis. The kids loved the zip line, netted hammock and a little tv to wind down. The outdoor giant bathtub looked super fun but time didn’t allow for it. Comfortable, spacious, full bathroom, toaster oven, microwave and everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. It’s a must to stay here just to walk down the ramps in a jungle setting that lead up to this hidden gem.

It was a real cute spot! It had several spots were you can get essentials close by like produce from the local farmers and a market store too. It was a very comfortable experience. I miss the goats already.
