Riverview Woodland Retreat - CDA

Wake up to picturesque views of the beautiful Spokane river and Rathdrum mountains, while staying only 15 minutes from both downtown Coeur D Alene and Post Falls. Our secondary lot offers a scenic plot, removed from town but within easy driving distance of local activities and restaurants. You will park next to our shop, which offers privacy from the road, but please take note of its placement in our photos to ensure that will work for your stay.
We offer year round electrical hook-ups, and fresh water in Spring, Summer and Fall (the pipes are winterized from approximately the end of October-March, depending on the snow season). While there is only 1 electrical hook-up, there is space for an additional vehicle, and options for parking locations if electrical is not required. During your stay, keep an eye out for our neighborhood moose family, our year-round resident bald eagle, and our many deer, quail, and turkey friends.
Winter camping is available, but please note that we can receive large amounts of snow.

We have 6 acres on private land with shared entrance. No bon fires allowed, space includes picnic table and propane BBQ. Quiet time 10 pm. 7 minutes into downtown CDA, resort, many shops and restaurants. 7 minutes to boat launches, rentals, kayaks and the Spokane River. 1 hour to Sandpoint Idaho and Schweitzer Ski Resort. 40 minutes to Washington State. Lots of hiking, exploring and water fun in the PNW.
Our property has an address sign and B&B Farms sign on the telephone pole with mirror at the driveway. Please turn right and head straight up to the split and continue straight. This is a shared driveway, please don’t disturb the neighbors.

Nice quiet property with paved road all the way to it. We have large parking areas and two great RV sized spots. Diesel pusher to tent... We can accommodate. This is primitive camping. There are no hook-ups so it is dry camping. You can run your generator. Central fire pit and camp fires welcome when there are no fire restrictions. You can walk or ride 1.5 miles to the water or drive 10 miles to the public beach on beautiful Hayden lake. 10 miles to town and all paved. No trespassing signs are for anyone not renting the space... not for you :)

If you're new to Hipcamp (just signed up/no reviews/never been on a trip), please tell us something about you and why you'd like to stay at our farm. We open for the season Memorial day weekend.
Un-fun part: We are unable to accommodate pets. No check-ins after dark. No motorcycles and nothing with a generator. It's very quiet here at night.

We have a lux glamping tent, containing 1 California king bed and one queen bed. There is additional space for at least 2 people to sleep on the floor. The Glamping tent is designed on a wooden deck, where you can enjoy beautiful scenery, soaking in What Glamping is all about.
The glamping tent includes a stove, where you can cook food and keep warm at night. (Wood is needed).
Both the basic tent site and your Glamping Getaway site have Access to a modern bathhouse with toilet and sink. (This house is mere steps away from both sites).
Your site has a panoramic view of theof mountains and cda lake.
There are designated areas to park in the dirt driveway. (The parking number will be given to you on booking).
There is a fire pit and outdoor picnic eating space, available to all.
(Wood for the stove & fire pit , as well as food trays and wine, are available at an extra charge.)
We pride ourselves on cleanliness. The glamping tent is deeply cleaned, with new sheets and pillowcases, and duvet cover, after each stay.
We also deeply clean the bath house, fire pit and dining/picnic areas.
