Legend has it Bing Crosby sang in the barn himself after a long summer bucking bales in Cheney. We are close to Turnbull Wildlife Park and a few local fishing lakes: badger lake, williams lake, and amber lake. The town of Cheney is a great place to stock up and bicycle the fish lake trail.

Campsites are surrounded by forested area allowing campers to submerge into a peaceful nature setting and there is plenty of privacy between each camp site. Wildlife like deer, turkeys, and an occasional moose are common. One can walk through the woods or just sit and listen to nature all around. You will find many lakes just a short distance away. Coeur d'Alene is 16 miles away. Sandpoint is about 55 minutes away. Silverwood Theme Park is about 40 minutes. There is lots to do here from fishing and hunting to boating and skiing. IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW: We are a real working farm, not like a romanticized IG version of a farm. There are tractors running, sprayers making applications, farm animals loudly enjoying life, day customers picking fruit, and farmers about early in the morning. With that being said, we understand that experience may not be to everyone's liking. Be aware that if you do decide to camp here be ready for a real farm adventure! Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED. ALL CAMPSITES ARE U-PICK, THERE ARE NO DESIGNATED CAMPSITES. Let your creativity shine and choose as dope a spot as you like! If you're scared of driving off a paved road or frightened by the natural world we suggest glamping at another lovely Green Bluff location. Starting SEPTEMBER 23RD until OCTOBER 31ST every weekday we host hundreds of school kids on the farm. They start arriving around 9:00 am. If the sound of children's laughter drives you absolutely insane, you might think twice about booking a stay with us in the fall. Winter camping is available, please note we typically receive a lot of snow. Early spring is the extreme mud season, please be cautious of our soft ground and stick to the roads. July-August can get very dry some years, which means the grass goes dormant and dust starts to fly. Farm=Dirt MAX STAY IS 14 DAYS. No Side by Sides (UTV's), dirt bikes, or ATV's allowed to be rallied on the property. We can suggest close spots to rally. Bookings must be done though this site, we do not take payment for stays at the farm. Agriculture 101: In the early spring, fruit trees awaken from winter dormancy, bloom for a few weeks, and are pollinated by insects; the pollinated blossoms SLOWLY develop into fruit over the summer. As much as we’d like instant fruit in the spring, nature doesn’t work that way. Fruit development takes time.

Wylie was an amazing host! The property was easy to find, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Communication was quick and helpful, and Wylie made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend Wylie’s place to anyone looking for a great Hipcamp experience!

2 nights at Lost Moose Campground

Beautiful camp site! Right next to the river and hearing the gentle noise was relaxing. During my stay, I was the only one camping in that part of the campground which felt eery at first. But waking up in solitude was a great feeling - got to go at my own pace and not have to worry about waking others up. The campground is located in such a beautiful spot that I would recommend it to anyone needing to be in nature. Definitely enjoyed my time here!

Weekend Trip to SPOKANE CAMPING In The Forest

What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay! It had way more accommodations and things that were included that I didn’t even realize about until we arrived! Amazing! Jane is such a sweet host and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special! I will be recommending this spot to my friends and family and hope to be returning for years to come! 😍

Quiet and picturesque- a perfect landing after our long day of traveling. Hosts so accommodating- I booked and arrived all within a 1/2 hour late in a Sunday night. They met us at arrival with a smile on- thanks again!

Weekend Trip to Willow Creek Retreat

Nice and peaceful site, Rachael was amazing to work with and I had some hiccups getting on the road, she was wonderfully communicative and flexible. Would 100% go back! Wish I could have stayed longer (and next time I will!).

The water is shallow and navigable even for dogs who don't have a ton of water confidence!

This is an absolutely amazing spot! We loved it! It was our maiden voyage with our rv camper and we had a fabulous time. Sara was a wonderful and very welcoming host. Our dogs had a blast in the river, too!

Stan was an incredibly kind host. He upgraded our site for free since we’re were the only ones there and we woke up to an amazing view of the lake. Our site had a fire ring and picnic table at it. Communication was clear and helpful. Would stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Hidden Acres Orchards

This was a fun experience! We go to Hidden Acres for u-pick every year and never thought to camp there. So happy we did this time! Our kiddos and pups (on-leash of course; pups not kids!) loved exploring the orchards by moonlight, waking up with the animals in the crisp morning, and slept so well in the country air. Because we could pick our spot, all the campers felt quite secluded and like we had the place to ourselves. Even though we had our own trailer having access to a real washroom and an outside shower was a treat. Thanks to the whole team at Hidden Acres for giving us an experience that we come back for every year!
