Sally and Berry were amazing hosts. They have a beautiful property and our spot was nice and secluded. The porta potty was clean and convenient. Josh's hideaway is an awesome spot but my tent was definitely to big. A smaller tent would work better because there isn't a big level area. There are lots of trails. We were going to a concert at Remlinger Farms and there is a trail great for biking or walking to get there. Berry showed us how to find it. I would absolutely stay there again. We appreciated our hosts kindness.

Awesome property to camp as you’re doing a drive around Olympic. Tons of space on the alpaca field to set up a tent. The alpacas and llamas were an added bonus that we really enjoyed. Communication with Roni was fast and easy. Would recommend. The porta-potties were kept clean!

This Hipcamp is fantastic. Helps to be creative when you arrive, because the pasture where you set up is at least a couple open acres and you can set up wherever. The animals are so fun and sweet. Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. We’d love to stay here again! Thanks to the hosts!

Sally and her family were welcoming hosts, Sally had an opening for a more secluded campsite so we ended up staying there and loved it. Beautiful site, really cool trails, great shade, very quiet. Loved the access to the Snoqualmie Valley trail; we ended up walking all the way into Carnation and it was beautiful.

It was so beautiful!! Having that open space, with the friendly and funny animals, was an experience we’ll always remember. My kids were totally obsessed. I felt so safe, and the property was so clean. The portapotties were very clean!
They showed us where we could charge our external chargers. Seriously so glad this place exists. They’ve put a lot of work into making this a wonderful haven for these animals and to share it with us felt like such a gift.

Really enjoyed camping with Alpacas and lots of other farm animals too! The property has beautiful views of the Olympic mountains and the sunset was incredible. Rondi was very friendly and helpful and we even got to bottle feed a baby sheep!
Highly recommend this place if you love animals and want a good jumping off spot for Olympic National Park.

Island County
Named for its many islands, this county on Puget Sound encompasses nine islands in total, including sprawling Whidbey Island—at the northernmost stretch of the sound—and Camano Island. Both islands are tourist hotspots, with tons of state parks and campgrounds, many of them right on the water. Whidbey in particular is known for its thriving arts scene.
The Kitsap Peninsula and Bainbridge Island
Across Puget Sound from Seattle, the Kitsap Peninsula and Bainbridge Island offer a variety of outdoor activities, with plenty of parks, hiking trails, marinas, and campgrounds.
