We have installed new signage to facilitate site identification. Many of you were familiar with my sister, Morgan. She has recently relocated to Texas. My name is Erin. My boyfriend, Dave, and I reside in the farmhouse. My mother, Lauren, also makes her home here. We have discovered several exceptional camping spots on our 15-acre property. Deer and occasional coyotes roam the property, but rest assured, they are apprehensive of us and pose no threat. We derive great pleasure from spending time outdoors, so you may frequently observe us engaged in fieldwork, construction, or simply relaxing in our stargazing hammock circle. We are always available to provide you with space or invite you to join us. We stayed for 2 nights to explore the surrounding area in Carnation, Fall City, and Snoqualmie and this site was perfect. Only 1 RV spot so you don't have any other campers around. Adorable goats, sheep, and pig next to the RV site so we were able to watch them while eating breakfast. Amazing sunrises and beautiful view of the mountains and morning fog. Quiet and serene. Host was incredibly gracious and offered us a farm tour. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get on the driveway from off the road, but other than that, it was great.

This was our 1st HipCamp stay. We have a 34 foot RV and had plenty of room to park in the spot. My kids loved the playground, watching the bee hives and petting the animals. Great place for a family.

Nice spot with a fun sport court, fire pit, and picnic table. Lots of space. It’s easy to miss the entrance as the driveway goes right between two houses. But the camping spot is behind the houses with good space. It can be a little tricky getting a large travel trailer turned around and parked, but not too big of deal. The hosts are great too.

We loved our stay at Summerwind! The hosts are so kind and relaxed. They have rainbow lights, and they keep the jacuzzi HOT! 🔥 Definitely our kind of people. Nobody enjoyed the property more than our two dogs who got to be off leash and romp around the dog park that Carly set up in the yard. Every time our puppy disappeared for more than 10 minutes, she came back excited to show us the new toy Carly had given her 😆. The property is also biking distance to both Monroe and Sultan. We ventured to both towns on our e-bikes. Sultan has multiple spots to go float on the river less than two miles away. One thing I will warn about is the ground is rather soft on the property, so be careful parking if you have a heavy class A RV like we do. We created some indents in the yard turning ourselves around and getting parked. The hosts were very gracious and did not mind at all, but we felt bad, and it's something to be mindful of if your rig is XL. Next time, we would probably try to back in through the gate rather than turn around to minimize where we drive.

I stayed for a couple of nights, Larisa was extremely helpful, always answered quickly. My horse trailer with living quarters is 41 feet, and the turn into the driveway making a right was a little tight, so I would recommend swinging wide or come in from carnation. I had a great stay, and would definitely go back.

I thought I already left a review, but it’s nots showing up. Larisa was very responsive to my questions, I had a great stay. It is a smaller area than you expect and my 41 foot trailer was very tight to get in the driveway. I had everything I needed and had no issues. They have an older dog, but he did not bother me at all. If you decide to stay here realize it is a small farm/homestead. As long as you know that, it is great!

Initially, parking for our campervan was a little confusing. But, a call to Bethanne straightened things out. During the day there's quite a bit of nearby road noise, but that seemed to lessen by the evening. Overall, it was a very peaceful experience.
