This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Vehicles will most likely not be permitted on the grass itself with rare exceptions.

The cabin build in 2023 and its 400sft but feels spacious, we got 2 queen size beds (very comfortable). One bedroom on the main level and 2nd on the top loft (fun for kids). Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, tea pot. We use propane gas for a stove, new pots and pans for guests to use. On the porch you will find retro cooler for your coke and beers (bring ice). Cabin equipped with a/c/heater unit, there is Wi-Fi available. We got smart tv's, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime for free, also there is plenty other channels. And the main feature of the cabin is 50's vinyl records player (updated with Bluetooth). You will enjoy drinking coffee with a beautiful mountain view. Also, there is picnic table and firepit chairs. You can bring your own propane firepit or rent from the office ($20). Our Outdoor activities: -The cooler season brings fun-filled times of snow & amp, recreation for the whole family. The kitchen of the cabin is amazing, equipped with new Classic style appliances, you will enjoy having meals at our retro diner table. Bring your favorite vinyl records to play at our 50's record player. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish place. Naches RV Resort located 20 min from Yakima, WA. Its brand-new resort with beautiful mountain views, clubhouse and swimming pool are still under construction. We got Tennis ball play area, kids' playground, dogs unleased running area. The cabin build in 2023 and its 400sft but feels spacious, we got 2 queen size beds (very comfortable). One bedroom on the main level and 2nd on the top loft (fun for kids). Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, tea pot. We use propane gas for a stove, new pots and pans for guests to use. On the porch you will find retro cooler for your coke and beers (bring ice). Cabin equipped with a/c/heater unit, there is Wi-Fi available. We got smart tv's, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime for free, also there is plenty other channels. And the main feature of the cabin is 50's vinyl records player (updated with Bluetooth). You will enjoy drinking coffee with a beautiful mountain view. Also, there is picnic table and firepit chairs. You can bring your own propane firepit or rent from the office ($20). Our Outdoor activities: -The cooler season brings fun-filled times of snow & amp, recreation for the whole family. From skiing to snowshoeing, then come warm up in Retro cabin White Pass is only 45 minutes away. -Naches RV Resort is in the heart of a hunter's paradise, offering big game hunting of elk, deer, and even big horn sheep, as well as birds, waterfowl. -Some of WA State’s premier rock climbing and mountaineering destinations are within minutes of Naches RV Resort. -120 wineries and five American Viticulture Areas (AVA’s) provide MUCH to explore for the wine enthusiast. This place was lovely! We went so wee could go to the goldendale observatory to catch the meteor showers, and the stars out there are incredible. We also got some pastries at the Greek Orthodox Bakery which were delicious, and checked out the Stonehenge and the Maryhill art museum along with exploring more spots along the Columbia. There’s so much to see here! I love how they have set it up. When we stayed it was a hot weekend (105 degrees!) and so I’m so glad we stayed here instead of in a tent, the bed and the couch were comfortable, there was everything we needed inside and it cooled down enough at night with the windows open (yay for screens on the windows for bugs!) that we could all sleep! I’ve already recommended this beautiful spot to some family and friends.

They have a beautiful property and the pond with a large willow tree's branches cascading into the water was incredibly picturesque! Our in the ground greenhouse was very cool and unique. The fact that it has no power is an added bonus of camping feelings. But would love to see some updated/new working solar lights inside and out. Once dark, the stairs can be a little worrisome heading down into the unit. Could have been incredibly romantic for us had our 6 yr old not been with or at least gone to bed before 2am cuz she was so jazzed about the place, lol. But that's on us of course, not the owners, lol. Also, for me personally (with a heavy housekeeping background) I would have preferred to see a good bit less dirt/debris (on the concrete floor/rugs) and active spiderwebs (as in, spiders in them near sides of bed and headboard)...as this simply would require a broom for both tasks to be done fairly quickly & easily. And I would have felt a little more relaxed. But overall, would definitely recommend and me and my 6 yr old made an agreement for us to come back yearly together to celebrate my birthday every year if possible.

Weekend Trip to Willow Barn Ranch
I really like to camp by water and while you drive by water you're actually camping out in the field. But it was quiet and peaceful. Bonus in the morning there were little pigs and roosters and chickens so that was really cool.

This washout first Hipcamp experience. We decide to stay at this location on our way to Idaho to break up our drive. The location is easy to find and very quiet with the only sounds of coyotes at night. The owners dog was quick to greet us and played with our dog. He was so nice he played next to our trailer for most of the night and kept the coyotes up on the hill all night long. Jarrod was a great host and made sure to say hello to us after we arrived and to make sure everything was good and offer any help. He also stopped by in the morning to tell us goodbye. There is zero cell service at this location so if you need to contact Jarrod prior to arrival make sure you do so before you get near hos place. once connected to WIFI there everything was good to go. the water,power, and sewer hookup were good and reliable. if you are going to use the sewer you may want to make sure you bring an extra long hose or hook 2 together. All in all I would recommend this location to anyone and will stay here again in the future.
