We do not take late comers as we are a farm and are early to bed and early to rise. I'm sorry! We are the third generation in this location and the great grandparents had the adjoining property. My father was born and died in this house, and I was raised here also. After teaching for 32 years my husband and I inherited the farm from my folks who have since passed. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. This property is a great camp for enjoying everything that Eastern Washington outdoors has to offer. The Columbia river is in the valley below which provides fishing and watersports. The property is adjacent to thousands of acres of State and federal land which are free to explore. Great location with stunning views. It's definitely up there, and the road initially feels a little sketchy, but don't let that scare you. I was easily able to tow a 30ft trailer up no problem, and Chris came right out to assist and asked if I needed anything! Being so high, be prepared for wind, but if you get a night with no wind, the sunset views are amazing! I would definitely stay at these sites again!

We stayed here last minute for just a very late quick night while traveling, but we put it on our list as a place to come back to for a longer stay. The night view was amazing and the cookies were scrumptious!

Incredible views and great jumping off point to Lake Chelan, Leavenworth, etc. Well maintained site with the best fresh cookies waiting for us. Chris and Jennifer were very helpful and responsive!

We loved this place! It is easy to find, has beautiful views, and the goats are so cute. We recommend going to explore the Outback trail nearby
