Blackberry Haven
Pretty nice area very quiet and lots of stars at night. It was fairly easy to find and with a good proximity to things to do(small shops and historical sites/ museums) and an hour to long beach or Astoria. Bolden was very responsive qhen i had any questions, cell coverage was spotty but worked if you were in the right spot.

Needed more signage and going through the gates were weird. Not for novice campers. Views were nice. The neighbors religious decorations on the lawn gave it a scary movie vibe but in a good way. It could be your thing though just not our personal vibe. Really cool spot! Bolden was great and texted us with instructions when we lost service.

Blackberry Haven
The views of the hillside from this property are gorgeous, there is a beautiful pebble creek just a few minutes away, and the hosts were wonderful. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay at Blackberry Haven—we enjoyed picking blackberries, listening to coyotes howl at night, and lounging at camp (lots of space for privacy). Nearby Elochoman river, which feeds to the Columbia, offers awesome scenery and opportunities. Bolden is extremely thoughtful and kind, which meant a lot for our stay. We hope to be back again soon for some more good times!

It was a HUGE open field. Great for camping and 1 hour to Astoria / Long Beach. Very little service. My whole party had a difficult time getting to the campground. Make sure you get the right address from Bolden. The entrance is a long driveway with a cow pasture on your right. Go all the way down (towards very old barns) and you will see the sign. You go through two gates to get to the field. Bolden was extremely friendly and super helpful!!

Incredible stay. The Boldens were very welcoming and had a wonderful campsite at a great rate. Almost no traffic noises at night, excellent blackberry picking, and immaculate star gazing. The field provides a great cushioning for camping and it was so large that it provided plenty of space for campers. Would recommend for friends looking to access the coast not wanting to pay an extravagant amount of money.

This is an amazing stay! My brother and I were traveling from Idaho and were planning on staying in seaside, Oregon but camping was full. Last minute we were able to book it the next day. The hosts are amazing! Great experience!

Amazing flat spot right along the creek/river. It was very roomy and an awesome place to camp for the night. Near the road so there is a bit of road noise during the day but very quiet at night. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
