As well as the as the serenity of no sounds of traffic, anywhere.. Creeks on either side of property Feilding .Neilson. Gold panning. Rock hunting; including fossils agates. indigenous bird's such as eagles, hawks, ospreys, kingfishers, ducks, geese, marine bird's, ect. Deer and Elk frequent the area. Watch Thursday and Friday nite as cruise ships light up the straights inbound to seattle. Excellent low tide beach as it drops to almost a 16th of a mile from shore.. Firewood available in camp package or separately.. Close to wilderness trail and Lake Cresent. Animal friendly. We also have our campground above the beach called " Weekend Warriors New Location" check it out on Hipcamp. Which will be opening on May 1st. We are currently still working on property. And will have more sites posted and better pictures of campground soon so you can reserve your site. There very private and large sites with Picnic tables and fire pits

If you love privacy, nature, wildlife, and fresh air, you will love Deer Park Mountain View RV Campsite. Our property is 17 acres of mostly unimproved land. There are open meadows, forested areas, and a trail that circles the property. Find the beginning of the wood-chip trail near the campsite and follow it through the trees. The trail comes out near the house. Enjoy the view and take care near the cliff. The campsite is in a small open meadow surrounded by trees on three sides and with a view to the south toward the Olympic mountains. We have only one campsite. You will be very private with no other campers nearby. Electrical, water, and sewer hookups are provided. NOTE: There are no bathroom facilities for tent campers. SEWER HOOKUP NOTE: Sewer hookup is on the driver's side of the vehicle if you pull in forward. If you pull all the way forwards the sewer hookup will be 24' behind the front tire. There is no turnaround and you cannot drive off the front of the pad. The hookup is raised about 2 feet off the ground to enable gravity feed. It may not work to back in and run the sewer hose on the ground to our connection. Please contact us if you have any questions. ELECTRICAL HOOKUP NOTE: Our hookup is 50 amps. Please let us know if you need a 30 amp adapter. NOTE: We live near a greenspace wildlife corridor and you may see wild animals on our property. It is advisable not to interact with any wild animals. The closest entrance to Olympic National Park is 9 miles up Deer Park Road (narrow one-lane gravel road, no trailers or RVs allowed) with no facilities and a 360 degree view into the Olympics and north to Vancouver Island from the top of Blue Mountain. *Open June until first snowfall.*

Looks like the pictures. Had to back in to our spot from the road but it was a straight shot and fairly easy to do with the wide double gate. Low usage road so there was little pressure to hurry. Full hookups worked well as did the internet. Would come back again and really enjoyed our weekend.

We really enjoyed staying at Deon's place. It's a great place on the peninsula. We were blessed with great weather and had an excellent adventure hiking Chi Chi Beach. If we come back to NW Wash, it'll be on our list for a return.

Amazing spot overlooking the marina and bay. Within walking distance of great food, Beach 1 and a store. We don’t fish but hundreds of others were and they all had smiles on their faces.

Weekend Trip to Deer Park Mountain View RV Campsite

As described and met our needs. We are close enough to many hiking trails - loved the backyard trail for a quick dog walk. The neighbors were quiet. Even the dogs mentioned in previous reviews were scarce - only saw one and it kept its distance. We did not get to meet Susan, but did meet many deer and the chickens. The only cons (and these are mentioned in the description) are the hook ups are on the oppsote side. A 25 ft water hose, 25 ft electric (50amp connection) and 30ft sewer connection worked. The sewer connection sits high making it difficult to manage easily. It may be more convenient to pay and use a station I.E. state park. Our stay was a short three days, it would not be an inconvenience to dump elsewhere. Actually would have been easier to do so. We would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely time. This place is fantastic! Perfectly situated overlooking the marina with beautiful views. Super clean, secure, and is exactly as described. Deon, the host, is the best we have experienced to date on HipCamp. So responsive and leaves no details out from start to finish. We will be back time and time again! We loved the people in Sekiu, and Neah Bay. Such rich history, geography, and of course the fish…so tasty. We went on beautiful walks right from our site and rode out the motorcycle several 100 miles exploring the landscape. You won’t be disappointed.

The site was nice and quiet. Host was responsive and accommodating. Water and power worked great. The sewage pipe was difficult to make work, tried few times and could not use with confidence. Otherwise, fantastic site.
