Skokomish Park at Lake Cushman, formerly known as Camp Cushman or Lake Cushman State Park, covers over 500 acres with three boat-launch ramps on the 41,500 feet of freshwater shoreline on Lake Cushman.
Park facilities include campsites, RV pull-thru and back-in sites, walk-in campsites, and two group camping areas. Plus, two fantastic day-use areas with picnic sites, a picnic shelter, and comfort stations located throughout the park.
The natural beauty of the area can be explored on any of our trails. The eastern part of the Olympic Peninsula has loads of great trails around us in the Olympic National Park. Trailheads nearby include Big Creek, Mount Rose, Mount Ellinor, Dry Creek, Copper Creek, Wagonwheel Lake, Staircase Rapids, Big Log Camp, and Flapjack Lakes. Mount Ellinor Trail is rated 5 stars by many.

What a beautiful campsite! I stayed here with my girlfriend and our pup for a single, rainy night. There was plenty of flat space for our 22-foot van and a large space that was "our own," which included a fire pit and table. The forested area in the back had a path that led to a creek, which, combined with the rain, created an amazing ambience.
On the way out in the morning, we picked up some apple cider from the small "shop" at the entrance. It was delicious!
Although I think it will be many years before I'm back in the area, I'll certainly be looking to stay here again when I am.

We had an amazing time at Cedar + Fern. Such a beautiful and magical environment. The river play area is so special and all of the trees and ferns are so gorgeous. It was a little tricky getting in with our 29’ trailer, but my guy is a great driver and managed it. The eggs and cider add-ons are also highly recommended. Opie gives it two paws up!! Thank you thank you!

Skokomish Park on Lake Cushman was the most beautiful campsite we’ve ever visited. Extremely spacious/private forested sites including 30 full hook-up sites with paved and level pull-in drives. Very clean and extremely well maintained. Great walking and easy access to gorgeous Lake Cushman. There’s even an outdoor movie theater for a fun weekend night with friends and family.

Fantastic private site! Spacious and secluded with running water! The sound of the crickets was so soothing. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Located with easy access to the lakes. Instructions were super straightforward. Definitely would recommend and hope to return ;)

We had a great time at Camp Cushman. We stayed in our pop-up trailer, as well as set up aa tent. There was so much space, and so much privacy. As a family who generally dry camps, we appreciated all of the amenities: full hook-ups, great wifi, a plumbed outdoor washing station and a really nice bathroom. We had to unexpectedly cut our trip short, but we would love to come back again.

This was our second year visiting Jim's lot because it is a perfect setup. Easy to get in and out, great gazebo level site. Super quiet. Full hookup and super clean. 5 minutes yo the golf course and 10 minutes to town.

Incredibly beautiful and remote slice of paradise! Stunning creek on the property with a cute little hike down there, fresh eggs, yummy cider, hammocks, trees galore, this place is magic!! However, we were in a 28ft RV and would not stay again with a rig that size as it’s pretty tricky driving in but if your rig is smaller or you’re driving in and camping, you’ll be in heaven! Super clean port-o-John’s and lovely washing station. Was the most out of the way spot we stayed the whole trip and it was AMAZING. No street noise, just nature sounds. Would absolutely recommend!

Skokomish Park At Lake Cushman is a great campground. Very wooded, so it stayed cool all day. Most sites are fairly roomy; we had a 22’ camper and a 10 person tent with plenty of space between. Fun activities for the kids; scavenger hunt, yard games, playground, giant outdoor movie screen showing classics on the weekends (Shrek and Princess Bride for our weekend). Lakefront rocky beach, boat launch, kayak rentals, general store. We loved it!

Visited for 2 weekdays with my girls and dog and right from the get-go was absolutely blown away with how beautiful this property is! The tree swing and hammock we're a huge hit with them. The two restrooms were the cleanest porta potties I've ever experienced. The wash station was super handy and I love all the information Jill shared about the history of the property. My girls were asking to come back before we had even finished packing up! We bought some apple cider as we left from the little farm stand, what a treat! Thank you so much!

We loved camping here. We were a group of 4 with a dog at Site 1. The camp host was responsive and kind. The dish-washing and outhouse facilities were excellent and clean. The canopy over the picnic table and propane fire pit made our experience very comfortable. We loved going by the creek and even purchased some fresh eggs from the farmstand for breakfast. We would love to come again and highly recommend it to anyone.
