While you feel like you've stepped away from it all, you're only a 4.5 miles from the amenities of downtown Packwood, including restaurants, breweries, groceries and gas etc.

Our site is designed for one party but will accommodate an additional 2 RV’s. This is the perfect spot for family and friends to get together. This property has three 30 amp 120 volt receptacles one for each RV/pay per hookup/per night. As there are NO bathroom facilities on the property, tents MUST be in conjunction with an RV that has an indoor toilet/shower (no outdoor showering). NO TENT ONLY camping.
Pay to Play: Golf at the HVCC, which is about 500ft away, Guest Fees for golf are $40.00 including Holidays or Swim-Guest Fees are $10.00 and Holidays are double. Let me know if you want to be registered as guests to use these facilities.
There are several hiking choices. There are hiking trails and public access to the Cowlitz River. Visit skatecreekpark.org for more information. Goat Rocks Wilderness and Mt. Rainier trails are a short drive away.
During the winter months, White Pass ski area and snowmobile parks, Sno-Park Skate Creek and Sno-Park Orr Creek are in the area.

This is a beautiful spot, tucked in the trees and with the sound of the creek in the background.
RV spot is gravel, level, and there is electricity and water. There is also sewer dump available; we didn't use it since we were just there for the weekend and spent most of our time skiing up at White Pass. But the point is, this spot is well set up for longer term stays.

If you want to sit in relative quiet with a lovely view, this is a recommended spot. Owner’s communication was outstanding. NOTE: If you have dogs, there isn’t much room to roam due to blackberry bushes and neighboring property owner. NOTE: The neighboring property owner was quiet and kept their dogs fenced, but you’ll need to keep a close eye on your own dogs to ensure that they respect the property boundary. .

This spot was SO cozy. It’s on a street with a bunch of cute cabins so being in our camper almost felt like a “cabin” weekend. The gazebo was a game changer for fall camping and kept us dry to cook, eat, and sit by the fire under the rain. This was such a charming and cozy site! Right on a creek in a beautiful neighborhood. Great waterfall hike nearby and the town of packwood is close and very fun. The gazebo was excellent as we got a little bit of rain and we were able to stay dry while still enjoying a fire 10/10 would go back!

This site is a private lot tucked in amongst a community of cabins. It’ got a mountain stream in the back, gazebo, chairs, picnic table, fire pit, full hookups , Wi-Fi, and a new gravel pad. I wished we had built in a longer stay. It’s less than a 5-minute drive to an entrance to Mount Rainier National Park.

We really enjoyed our time at Witt's End. Jake and his wife put a lot of thought and care into the space they created. It was also fun to watch the salmon coming upstream to spawn. Weekend Trip to Glacier Rock Wellness Ranch
This property was calm, clean and offered us privacy, nature, a place to cook, showers and a hot tub. The camping locations are spread out and we didn’t mind the quick stroll to reach the various amenities. It took us about little more than an hour to visit Mt. rainier and offered a view on the river as well. We hope to come again.

Jacob’s spot is very beautifully setup. Gracious and kind hosts. Nice grassy area and a creek across the street. Note for dog owners - the area is not fenced and there is a vehicle traveled road that is accessible by dogs. We have young and energetic goldens so it just wasn’t the best fit for us but I think it’s a wonderful spot for most.

We had a wonderful stay at this site! It was a great little setup nestled in the woods in a nice little mountain neighborhood that backed up to a little creek (with easy access to the staircase down). The covered table with lights was a great addition and you can’t beat full hookups and WiFi. Close to town and to Mt. Rainier National Park (though the nearby entrance was closed this month for construction and we had to drive an hour to Nisqually). Would definitely book this spot again.

Great location if you are looking for a place tucked in the woods and close to Mt Rainer. Although you are next to cabins, the spot still feels private and the sounds of the creek below make it so peaceful and relaxing. The fire place, gazebo, and full hook ups were an added bonus. Also, we had no problems backing our 26ft trailer in and there was enough room for 2 vehicles to park. We would definitely recommend and would rebook if we were coming back to the area. Thanks Mark!!

The site was easy to access and had an amazing view of the sunset over the lake. Deer visited in the early evening. A fire pit was well stocked with wood and non-potable water to douse if needed.
The winds can be gusty so be prepared to secure all items and watch the fire closely. There are some walking paths on the property but much of the 7 acres is not very accessible. The ridge at the top is primarily where you will be.
Reminder to please pick up after your pets as we had to watch our step at times.

The view is fabulous! More than enough room for our extended family with 3 RVs lots of space for the kids and adults and all our games. Kim had a stack of firewood for us to use. The kids picked blackberries which we used as a topping on our home made gelato! Gorgeous sunset sky over the water in the evenings. The host is top notch and great with communication. One of our favorite HipCamp trips!

This was truly a beautiful spot--sunsets were amazing. The host was kind and helpful, and left fire and water so that we were able to have a campfire, even in summer. It's not quite as private and seculuded as we would like, with next door neighbors visible, but it caused no issues. We ended up not bringing our dog, but probably would have had her on a long lead instead of off leash. There were some cool places to visit off the highway with info about the dam, lake, and local towns. All round a nice experience!
