Great site! Gorgeous sunsets, appreciated being able to walk out onto a dock to watch them, Closely located utilities, and mostly level, grassy area with nearby pine trees. Nearby house/garage, but it was unoccupied. Had a lovely view of the water from our rear dinette.

Raymond’s campground was amazing! The pond was great for swimming and the fishing was very good. The campground isn’t too far from Trap Pond State Park so I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re thinking of visiting the park. Also only 40 minutes from Bethany Beach. Raymond was incredibly friendly and had everything we needed. Plenty of firewood, picnic tables, and some canoes for the pond as well. Would definitely go back!

A giant 55” TV is directly across from the bed for cozy streaming. The modern bathroom has a vintage wall sink found on site, and terrific water pressure from a rain shower head with instant, never ending Rinnai hot water. The kitchen has an ample antique sideboard as your sink, apartment size refrigerator, induction hot plate, coffee, microwave, and combo convection toaster oven/air fryer. The marble table seats two.
