HORSES WELCOME! Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day. There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay. We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. It can easily sleep six people. If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area. The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in. This is a sanctuary for our animals. We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies). By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals. We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks. There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores. If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles. We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up. We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you. So please come, stay at our farm and relax. We are here year round.

There are 3 secluded sites side by side that are nestled to the front of 28 plus acres of woodland and surrounded by farmland. There are no hook ups at the property. Water is available if you need to refill. Your unit must be self contained. Property is close to the resort areas of Assateague Island, Ocean City, Berlin, Snow Hill and Salisbury. Feel free to ask for suggestions of our favorite places to visit and local restaurants. There are dogs, goats, pigs and chickens that roam the property. The roosters and goats love to talk (loudly and early)! We also own an RV rental company (atthebeachrvrentals.com). We can also do a site with a camper rental. Great place to get away and camp. Really quiet, plenty of open space and tree line to camp on. Nice trails to walk the dog or take the Jeep through. Plenty of wood to burn, but best you bring something to cut it up. This was perfect for me because I was camping in a hot tent. They will cut and deliver wood for a price. The bath house was a short walk away with clean showers and conditioned. The Host and Helper were really nice and made sure I had what I needed. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Weekend Trip to Strawberry Crossroads
We visited the Strawberry Crossroads in early Nov to enjoy the fall foliage. We rented one of the small wooden cabins, which had 6 individual bunks with mats, a small fridge, a small table, a trash can, ceiling light and fan, and a cooler/heater. The land was beautiful with a lovely creek and a cute wooden bridge that crosses over it. We enjoyed the goats and chickens, and just the overall beautiful nature. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and relaxed. We had a great time and will recommend to friends/family.

We absolutely love camping here. We just stayed for our third time. What a lovely horse farm and it's so nice to be able to walk our dog off leash. The farm dogs are very friendly and love to come over and be petted and hang out for a spell. Best part of this site for us is the fact that it's less than 8 mi from our house so it's a convenient getaway.

Was everything we expected it to be. Site was nice and flat restrooms were clean and well maintained. The goats came to visit the first day we were set up they hung out for a few and went on their way. It was late in the season so activity was minimal which worked out well for us.

The floating bungalows were great. We really enjoyed it. The children loved it sleeping on the water. It was calm so we hardly thought about it that we were on the water. Only problem,we arrived late and the code did not work for the lock. It took an hour for someone to respond to texts and give us a code for the key lock box. They had problems with internet because of a storm earlier is why the code didn't work for the lock. They should have given a code for the lock box right of way if they knew there were problems with the lock.

The property at Strawberry Crossroads is beautiful! I’m just sorry I didn’t get to spend more leisure time there, as I had to work in town every day. It is only 17 miles from the beach resort town of Ocean City, yet you feel far removed from the crowds etc…Our host TJ was super hospitable, yet left you to your privacy. He would even deliver firewood, if needed! I will definitely stay again & also recommend to others!
