The space is great! Very quiet and peaceful. Dawn was excellent to work with and super helpful when I discovered my car had a flat tire. The firepit was set up with dry wood and kindling which was great after the rainstorm that went through and left everything wet. The water and electric were very accessable and easy to use. Thank you for sharing your land!

Lovely, quiet little spot. Perfect for the quick overnight stay we had in that area. Only concern was trying to navigate to the exact spot on the property. Signs were easy to overlook and the path to the spot is a tight squeeze. There is a slight zigzag in the fence line after you turn off from their main driveway. Our camper (27ft) made it barely with maybe an inch to spare. So if you are traveling in camper that is longer, you may want to rethink or contact them directly to make sure you can make it through their route. We almost didn't. Aside from that, it was a wonderful, peaceful night!

This was a lovely place to stay with my dogs. The campsite was perfect and the setting was picturesque. It was fun visiting with the farm animals. The location was just right. Thank you!
Perfect set up tucked away in the shade on the side of the farm. The animals were so neat. Perfectly secluded place. They had chairs and the fire pit ready! 30 Amp hookup worked great.
Dawn was an amazing host and so accommodating!
We loved staying on her beautiful land, saying hi to her donkey, horses and also her dog who stayed the night next our tent keeping a great watch!
The wooded areas on Dawn's land at night were a great contrast to the beach day trips we took in the heat of each day!

This site was perfect! Cozy and secluded in the woods, with lots of animals nearby to keep us company. We brought our two smaller dogs, and one of the hostess pups, Chewy, kept us company on and off for the whole visit.
We spent the night hear and spent our days at the nearby parks and beaches. 10/10 it was great.

Awesome location in a beautiful area. The site is tucked just far off enough from the home that it feels very private and secluded. The woods were beautiful and it was great seeing the animals. I would definitely recommend for a trip where you want to decompress a bit.

This was such a wonderful place! Dawn is so sweet and the space is extraordinary. The horses, highland cows, turkeys, chickens, dogs, and donkey are really a nice treat, and seeing the animals being tended to and the inner workings of a farm is really a refreshing experience.
The location is within 20 minutes to Cape Henlopen, 45 minutes to Ocean City, and 55 minutes to Assateague Island. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores within a few minutes. We took a 23 foot travel trailer. We emptied our tanks at Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay RV park 10 minutes down the road.
The site was quiet, private, and very well maintained. Water and electric at the site. Starlink gets great service! PLENTY of wood to scavenge for in the vast forest for campfires
One of our favorite things was the sweet little terrier who lived on the property. She visited us everyday and followed us around. She was so sweet and loved being pet.
Thanks Dawn, and we can’t wait to come back!

My daughter and I loved staying here. It was a very welcome, relaxing overnight. Our German Shepherd also loved it and probably wishes she was still there...I think she fell in love with the donkey. The frogs sang us to sleep. Lovely stay. Thank you, Dawn! We will definitely be back.

Dawn is an excellent host. The animals were friendly and beautiful. The camping area was secluded with free wood to collect and burn. I plan to camp there again
We absolutely love camping here. We just stayed for our third time. What a lovely horse farm and it's so nice to be able to walk our dog off leash. The farm dogs are very friendly and love to come over and be petted and hang out for a spell. Best part of this site for us is the fact that it's less than 8 mi from our house so it's a convenient getaway.
We really enjoyed camping at the horse farm. Site was very private, hook up good, nice campfire area. We enjoyed watching animals instead of people for a change.

What a lovely spot! We were expecting a nice space but it really is such a rare find to feel tucked away and isolated without being isolated. Very well kept site and it was fun to see the horses and hear the turkeys each day. We had a lot of plans in many different areas so it was a great location. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend! The animals on the property are beautiful and well cared for. We woke up in the morning to hear the turkeys...a great place to camp privately! We will absolutely return, it's not too far to rehoboth beach, but so nice to return to a quiet place to camp!

We loved camping at this horse farm. Dawn was responsive and easy to work with. The drive back to the site can be a little tight but if you take your time you can make it easily. Water and electric worked perfectly. It's a great location in fairly close proximity to Rehoboth and other beaches in the area.

I tent camped for 1 night at this location. The owners were very nice and the land was very beautiful. Lovely fire pit and had a lot of fun petting the horses. No smell of manure or loud sounds, overall a wonderful stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the horse farm. We enjoyed the variety of animals there (beautiful horses, turkeys, guinea pigs, and a pot belly pig) and our host, Dawn, and her herd of rescue dogs! Though she was on site, we would've never known it as we had alot of privacy. She worked tirelessly, but was never too busy to chat with us about her farm!
