He was captured in the Royalton Raid and taken to Montreal where he was sold to a woman who kept him safe for a year until it was safe for him to walk home, by himself, at age 14, and when he got back home the town gave him the land that I live on. Back on the farm, our swimming holes, hammocks, and communal fire pit offer peace and community connection after a full day of outdoor adventures.
Guests are encouraged to recreate and restore amidst the natural beauty of our rural property, explore our orchards and vegetable gardens, and enjoy open-air, leisurely dining at our on-farm restaurant. We can help transport you and your gear via our side by side up on the hill as needed so you can park in our easily accessible parking right off the town road. Enjoy a slower pace at our small family farm with alpacas and chickens. 10 minutes from beautiful quaint Randolph where you can catch a show at Chandler music hall or local drive in theater, play frisbee golf at the park or grab some delicious grub and libations from our many local eateries and breweries like Bent Hill just up the road to check out!

Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers two RV sites with water, electric, and sewer as well as four tent sites. One of the four tent sites has water and electric. There is an "outhouse" with a flush toilet and over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat.
This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times.
It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill.

Sweet Song Acres is 100+ acres of secluded forest nestled along the Little Sugar River, at the base of Perry Mountain.
Located in rural Unity, NH and Charlestown, NH, just across the Vermont state line. Southernmost point, located in Charlestown is one of two campsites. The other is Shady Grove, located in Unity.
The two sites, located in bordering towns share the same entrance and are connected by a 1/4 mile trail. Both are very large sites. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so.
The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. There are many options of local outdoor activities in the area or if you prefer, just sit and "listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock your soul".
