Glamping with Goats - Tent or Park

2 sites · Lodging, RVs1 acre · Essex Junction, VT
We live in this 1830's farmhouse and travel with our Airstream Basecamp 20X. Often boondocking, and knowing the need for an easy-access place to park our RV, whether it be for a night or a week, we decided to open our driveway to help our fellow RV-travelers explore both the Burlington, VT area and enjoy the great outdoor adventures the Green Mountain State has to offer. In the Fall of 2023, we added a glamping bell tent to our location as an additional option for Hipcampers. Learn more about this land: COMING OCTOBER 2023 - FAINTING GOATS AND FALL FOLIAGE GOAT YOGA.

Adirondack Magic

4 sites · RVs25 acres · Elizabethtown, NY
We are located in the High Peaks of the Adirondacks between Lake Champlain and Lake Placid. The area is legendary for a multitude of hiking trails, mountain biking, and lakes/rivers for paddling. There are amazing natural environments such as Ausable Chasm and it's also an area rich in American historical sites. We are centrally located making area events and popular destinations an easy drive. We are also close to Rt 87 for ease of access yet far enough away to enjoy plenty of quiet and space in nature. The 2 RV site areas are very large with ample space for large RV turnaround and parking for vehicle. We are 300 feet off a road and are surrounded by small hamlets and villages within the park. There is so much to do in this vacation wonderland. Enjoy local breweries and vineyards during your visit. In addition, most every drive is a scenic drive and traffic is almost nonexistent except in some areas during high tourism. You will love it here! We do! The Adirondack Park (ADK) consists of old growth forests that cover more than 100,000 acres of public land in the Park and we live in the park. The Adirondacks also includes the headwaters of five major drainage basins. Lake Champlain and the Hudson, Black, St. Lawrence and Mohawk Rivers all draw water from the Adirondack Park. Adirondack forests and wetlands filter and provide clean water for many communities in NY.

Lake Hideaway

1 site · RV1 acre · Winooski, VT
The property, located north of Burlington on Lake Champlain, spans 1.2 acres and features a large grassy lawn facing westerly towards the Adirondack mountains, offering breathtaking views of Lake Champlain and surrounded by woods. Enjoy exclusive access to our private beach for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Relax by the fire pit with Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake, or unwind on the large deck leading down to the water. Please note that access to the beach requires navigating stairs, and we recommend using water shoes for comfort on the small rocky beach. Our beach is shared by us and our apartment tenant. Additionally, we have two outdoor cats, two small rescue dogs, and friendly free-ranging chickens adding to the charm of the property. In fall 2023, we constructed an RV parking pad for our Airstream, offering stunning direct lake views. The pad is equipped with 30-watt electricity and fresh water for your convenience.

Mollie Mae, our Golden Doodle, welcomes you to stay on her quaint little chicken ranch here in apple orchard country in Peru, NY. Our property consists of 2 acres surrounded by apple orchards, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry fields, corn fields, pumpkins and more! Mollie Mae’s Chicken Ranch also makes a great home base location for anyone interested in venturing out to the surrounding areas.
