We have a few hiking trails on Blood brook road one of which you can walk to from our home and it’s only a very short distance away. We are located 3 miles from Lake Fairlee Public beach also known as Treasure Island so bring your swimsuit! We are also within 5 minutes of the Lake Fairlee boat launch so feel free to bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy a paddle around our beautiful lake. We enjoy hosting both families and large groups looking for a place to unwind.

We are located on the Green Mountain Gravel Growler bike packing trail and 7 miles south of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. We have lots of hiking , biking, boating and swimming opportunities nearby. Jon was most accommodating and a wealth of local information. He loaned us an electric heater for our camper so we didn't have to use the noisy one installed. The driveway was a bit daunting for backing up but we did it without too much effort. There's a great hike with waterfalls on the property and a cute cafe close by with good food and live music. The bathrooms were the cleanest and nicest I have seen camping! We will definitely return!

Beautiful location, accommodating and welcoming hosts. Very nice clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry! Best I've ever seen at a camp ground. Sites are pretty private with their own sink and tent. It is in the middle of nowhere but pretty easy to find off the main road. Dog friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!
