Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained. There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment

For starters as a busy single mom, this was not only affordable, but had literally everything you need, comfy beds, hot showers, a sink to wash your hands and dishes, a/c and heat in the tent, and an RV fridge cooler, that kept everything super cold! I only go places where I can bring my dog, and she really enjoyed herself as well, we had so much fun that we stayed an extra night! This is our new favorite spot and Matt and Rachel are absolutely wonderful and kind! Our charcoal got soaked in the rain and the happily swapped out our bucket. We are already planning our next trip!! PS they have WIFI!!

The hangout area behind our teardrop camper was a little small since we had our two dogs, but the road was great for walks with them so it worked out just fine. The spring down the road is delicious. Looks like there is a lot to do around the area, we were just stopping overnight on a road trip so didn’t have time for much.

Spotless, private, and had actual toilet paper (not the terrifying single-ply stuff). And yes, the shower was hot — not “lukewarm if you dance around” hot, but real hot. There was a fire pit where we roasted marshmallows like champions, and a little coffee setup that made me feel like a civilized human while watching the sunrise. But let’s talk about the jackrabbits. Two of them. We called them Bonnie and Clyde. They spent most of the trip sprinting around like tiny antelope with trust issues. At one point, they squared off like it was the Wild West and we were the only witnesses. Five stars for the unexpected bunny drama alone. In short: came for the nature, stayed for the rabbits with beef. Will absolutely glamp again
