Weekend Trip to Camp away from home

Penny was delightful! She was very friendly and welcoming. The views from her property can't be topped! I especially loved the dogs and other animals on the property, they made me feel like I was at home. Thank you Penny!

4 nights at Secluded Orchard Boondocking

The campsite was just as described, and was a single campsite in the middle of an orchard. My kids loved having access to a grassy playground after a long day of traveling and before taking off on our adventures in the morning. We slept great here, and enjoyed our tour of the animals and garden. Ardell was so kind to us and my children. My sister commented on how it's close to the freeway, but still feels secluded and calm.

1 night at RIVER BEND CAMP GROUND

This was the perfect place for my husband, dogs, and our camper van. I wish we could have stayed longer! The host communicated with us but was also respectful of our privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Tiny Shiny Escape, River Runs Thru!

Very peaceful with the little stream running behind the spot. My class C was a bit of a tight fit but it worked. Chad was an amazing host and the area is very scenic. There is also a hiking trail 3-5 minutes up the road. The spot itself is very private feeling with trees surrounding. This location is also starlink friendly.

Really great spot for a casual camping getaway! Even though it’s close to a road, it doesn’t feel like it at all once you’re set up. The access to hiking trails is a big plus, and the overall vibe is super chill. Plus William is super nice and helpful! If you’re looking for a simple, relaxing spot in nature, this place hits the mark. My only wish is that it were a little more affordable for a broke 20 year old haha (but I’m biased)😂 I’d definitely come like every weekend to just chill in the mountains. Totally worth checking out if you want a quick escape that feels further out than it actually is. 100% recommend!

Weekend Trip to Off Center

We enjoyed our little weekend stay at Gypsy's place. She was quick to call us back when we had a question. I loved the chickens. She showed us her fabulous projects that she is working on with the property. They even gave us some farm fresh chicken eggs for our Sunday breakfast. When we head back up that way we will definitely want to come and see the new fence and the finished rehabs. I love that we are able to connect with people who are willing to share their space. Our next adventure awaits.

The location was very peaceful, the views were stunning and the hookup was self explanatory. Our host was lovely and had a whole breakfast set up where she made us a fresh cooked breakfast. She had everything we could’ve needed and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely spot with great views of the mountains in a huge orchard not far off the I-15 south of Salt Lake City. We were the first and very much encourage other small RVers to give it a try. Calm and peaceful...we were even able to purchase some farm fresh eggs!!!

1 night at RIVER BEND CAMP GROUND

We stopped here for one night on our way down to Utah and it turned out to be a fabulous spot! Al met us and showed us down to the camping area on their property and helped us get our motor home in where he wanted it. We had the place to ourselves and a fabulous view of the river made our overnight stay very enjoyable. Our dogs loved exploring everything. The highway is pretty close so if you're tent camping I would bring earplugs. That's the only downside, the highway noise is pretty noticeable, especially when someone veers off and hits the rumble straps. We had a motor home to sleep in so didn't bother us. But something to consider if you're in a tent and not insulated from the noise. But other than that the place was picturesque. We had great weather! The place was clean and well maintained. Woud be a fun place to stay with a group!

It is a beautiful peaceful location in an exquisite valley off the beaten path. I was lucky to find it. Highly recommend!

We camped in our Class B van with our corgi. Lynn was so nice and we chatted with her for a while and learned about the place and all she was doing. She was very helpful and we felt right at home. We had a great night's sleep and Lynn made us coffee and tea in the morning and gave us eggs for our trip down to Moab.

Nice little place up out of SLC. Lots of McMansions to view driving up. Right next to a very quiet road with hardly any traffic and there is the nice creek.

Easy enough to find. It can be a little loud with jets overhead, but not bad at all. We had fun in the clubhouse and the views were amazing.

Weekend Trip to Riverside RV Resort

Despite having someone parked in my spot upon arrival, which was 11pm, this park was amazing. They were quick to help with the issue of someone in my spot by giving me another spot. The bathrooms and on-site facilities were very clean and well-kept. I actually spoke shortly with the maintenance tech there, an older veteran, and he was very nice. I hope to find myself in the area to pay another visit

5 nights at Camp away from home

The photos do not do justice -- this a stunning farm with 360 mountain views! It was a great place to park our RV while staying close to Park City for skiing. ***Parking or setting up your tent will be about 200ft from their house. Penny was kind, hospitable, and accommodating and made us feel very comfortable on her property. Note: if you have a dog, keep in mind that this is a farming neighborhood with off-leash farm dogs doing their job!

ENTRANCE TO OUR PROPERTY IS STRAIGHT NORTH AT THE END OF THE PAVEMENT. PLEASE DO NOT TURN LEFT ON SESSION LANE! We have ten acres that our home sit on but about 9 acres that consist of dry farm grass. We use 1 acre for camping and parking. The Weber river runs across the back of our property where we have a campground with tables and firepits. This is a family campground. We do not have Electrical Power or Water hookups. We have added 4 wooden porta potty enclosed in small tents which we service every day or as needed. Site selection is determined by type of sleeping accommodations. We have two tent areas and 1 RV spot. Sometimes we can accommodate more RV's on a exception basis **We allow 2 adults per site and/or 2 adults and minor children per site. (Family Exceptions must be approved) We are not a public campground and only list through Hipcamp and so our property is posted with NO TRESPASSING SIGNS. It is very important to let us know your approximate arrival time and call when you arrive. We will guide you down to the campgrounds and show you the best spots base on your type of camping. (Sleeping in trailers or van's versus tent campers) One draw back to our property is that we are within 1/2 mile of a well use highway (US 84) and railroad track. We have only had one camper who was concerned about the noise. Here at the house we don't notice it and maybe we are just use to it. Limited swimming and use of paddle board based on river conditions. Fishing is limited because we are on private property and the river is not stocked by the Utah fish and game. So, we are dependent on normal reproduction of the fish. Fly fishing being the best however you can use lures but not bait of any kind . We would prefer catch and release. ALL UTAH FISHING REGULATION APPLY. WE HAVE INDICATED WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE WHOLE AREA IS BASICLLY LEVEL AND GRASS AND BARK COVERED.

We're easy to get to off the north Santaquin exit. The park spot is on mostly bare dirt, with a 360-degree view of apple and cherry orchards. Entry to the spot requires driving on gravel and dirt road. There is a grassy play area and trampoline kids are welcome to use. They need adult supervision to keep them from the farm area. A host member must be present to visit farm animals, for safety. We're happy to provide a jug of pure drinking water. We have a few great local hiking spots. Santaquin canyon trails are only 8 minutes away. The Grotto, up Payson canyon, is fairly short and has a lovely waterfall at the end.

This is a private driveway in a great location in Big Cottonwood Canyon. The driveway is long and surrounded by aspen, abutting the "old" unused house on my property, so it is private. Although near the main road, the site feels private. You are less than 1 minute walk to Big Cottonwood Creek, and there is hiking out the door in multiple directions, as well as easy biking to Solitude Resort. As a bonus, you are 1/4 mile from Silver Fork Lodge if you get a hankering for a prepared meal. Please note that there are NO DOGS allowed in Big or Little Cottonwood canyons. There is a high fine if so. So this is not an appropriate spot to bring your four-legged friends unfortunately. Please note that currently the utility companies are burying the powerlines. While the site itself is accessible and free of equipment, they have been using the road near it to store equipment. It is a bit unsightly so please keep this in mind when booking the site. Normally, it is a very beautiful view and feels a bit secluded despite being near the road right now the view out from the driveway is of utility equipment. So if this will bother you, please consider a different site for now. I will update this as things change.
