There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

Guest Access-
As a guest of our yurt retreat, you’ll enjoy full access to your private yurt, as well as a range of shared amenities intended to enhance your experience. These include:
• A seven-person Hot Tub with bubbles, jets, and nighttime lighting
• A six-person Sauna with a glass back view to our private lake
• A cozy firepit area
• Easy access to The Will backyard music venue
The Will, our on-site outdoor music venue, has weekly and nightly scheduled events. Also, every Sunday from 11 AM-3 PM, the vibrant vendor market is open for browsing and connection.
Entry to your yurt is secured with a keypad lock for your convenience and peace of mind. Though we encourage you to unplug and reconnect to nature, WiFi is available in limited form, as well as a smart TV that you can log into with your subscription services.

• BYOB – All yurts have a BYOB policy. All alcohol brought to The Hive must stay on The Hive property. Likewise, any alcohol purchased at The Will must stay on The Will property per TABC rules.

Waste Not Farm is a 40 acre organic farm located in Troy, Tx. No chemicals are ever used, which provides beautiful wild flowers. We also have incredible sunsets, unobstructed views, various wildlife (mostly deer and many birds).

The entire grounds was a haven for us. My granddaughter & I came for the weekend and camped at site 4, which we loved! We hiked 1.6 miles and still didn’t get to explore all the trails. It was serene, quiet and I felt safe. We could hear cows, cocks & a train in the distance. The road to the campsites felt like you are going through a maze with the tall, bordered grass. We are so grateful that Allison has opened up her land to let us enjoy a wonderful getaway. We will be coming back for a treehouse stay in the spring, hopefully we’ll get a chance to paddleboat since it was filled with muddy water. That was what attracted me to the hideout with a little one. But our main reason for getting out to that area was to visit a state park which was full so this was the perfect & better place to stay.
The bathhouse!!! Oh, the beautiful bathhouse! Even my 7 year old was fascinated by the visual elements… now I want one just like it!

Such a lovely place! We have stayed in many rental units over the years, but this was our first yurt (we are usually tent campers) and it was Wonderful. Clean and well kept with every detail considered. Bathrooms are easily accessible and also clean and welcoming. Sauna is the Best! (and they even provide bathrobes)! Despite the quick Texas-style weather change (from 75 to 40 overnight), we were warm and cozy inside. Our weenie dog even felt like she was home.

Had a great time at Allison’s property! We were at tent #2 it was very spacious for the both of us and our dog! The bathhouse was decorated beautiful and super clean as well. The trails and pond were nice, she even had a fun geocache game which was super fun at night! Would come here again 100%!

Really nice camping spots that's not too far from Fort Worth! We had such an amazing time the spot was perfect for stargazing and relaxing. There's not really any Internet service it was very spotty, but that's what makes it even better. It's nice to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. The river is right at the camp spot easy access for kayak and paddle boards. Our dogs also loved this spot!

We loved camping on Regena’s land. She met us on the driveway and took us to our campsite. She picked one out for us that’s mostly grass, a nice newer picnic table, bucket potty that she emptied out for us, fire ring and trash bin. Her property was so private, Regena was the only person we saw. We loved the two nights we were there. Easy drive to Waco, we went antique store shopping and went to the Silos. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This place is always awesome, but this new site takes it up a notch! The full size tent that you can walk in, the front porch and back balcony and electricity make it so comfortable and fun! When regular tent clamping gets old, or you are more of a glamper I can’t recommend this site enough! Plus the host Barry is always the best!

Magnificent place! Secluded and quiet. Lots of trails to walk and find interesting things. Don’t be like me and forget to bring food and a way to cook it if there’s a burn ban because the stores are not exactly a 5 minute trip. We will be back without a doubt!
