Bahia Trails is centered on a total of 6 acres, roughly 200' wide by 900' long. Meandering across the back of the property lies a small creek, Deer Creek. Though this creek is shallow and does not always hold water, our guests are more than welcome to try their hand at fishing here for Bream. On clear nights our guests are able to enjoy Star Gazing. Since this location is located in a fairly rural area, there is no city water available. However, our water well system pulls water deep from within the Gulf Coast Aquifer supplying our toilets, sinks, and cold water rinsing shower. Private Piece Of Nature

Quiet natural location away from the busy city. Located on a private access dirt road so a 4x4 vehicle or truck is recommended. On normal days the drive should be fine but when it rains, it does get muddy. There is a firepit but please burn inside cinder blocks and be really careful. Do not burn when it is windy. Please make sure to put fire completely out when done. There are 6 acres and you are welcome to camp anywhere you want, in the open areas or in the woody areas in the back. We have a RV barn area that can be used for sitting, eating, relaxing, shade, etc. There are open spaces and you can use the tables and chairs. There is also a white 5 gallon water container on the table that you can use for washing. There is a 32 gallon trash bucket that you can put trash in but make sure lid is closed when you're done to keep animals out. This site does not have electric power nor running water so please plan accordingly. There is currently not a toilet available but I'm planning on building a composting toilet soon. For now, use the natural way and make sure to bury. For security, there is one camera on the property located near the front entrance. It mainly just monitors the front entrance area. This site can also be used for long term parking/storing your RV or vehicle but we are not liable for anything that happens. If interested, please contact me. The RV barn currently already has a RV inside it so that space can't be used. Our long-term plan is to also make the RV reservable but we would need to install an in ground septic system and electricity. Disclaimer: The area is located in nature. There could be all kind of animals like deers, insects, and even snakes. I haven't seen a snake yet but it doesn't mean they aren't there. We will not be liable for anything that happens on the land so please be careful.
