Main House Layout: First Floor: There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds. One of these rooms also has a sofa bed. There's also a TV room with another sofa bed. Additionally, two folding beds are available on this floor.
Second Floor: There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a pop-up trundle bed (equivalent to two full-size beds). In the living room, there's another sofa bed.
The house is set up to comfortably accommodate three couples, each with two children. There’s a gas barbecue grill and outdoor dining tables — perfect for a small family celebration or a quiet evening meal. I had the chance to catch 13 bass, all a good size, including two surprises that were close to 8 pounds. We named the biggest one Rocky.

Wonderful land/spot. Wonderful host. They had quick and amazing communication. They met us at the gate and showed us to our spot. Super friendly people! The land was nice, secluded, and clean.
The listing here says not bathrooms which is technically true but there is a porta potty that they take good care of. So that was a nice surprise. Close to a whattaburger incase you arrive late and are super hungry. (Its the only thing open super late)
We got there at midnight and they were okay with that. I was super anxious about getting there so late but they were so kind and understanding.
Amazing experience. Id definitely come back if we are going through Texas again.

We were on the dispersed site, west of creek, and there were about 5 other rigs setup there. Only wished we could have explored more of the property or even the winery.
