This is our family farm, though you probably will not see us much. The campsite is located on a corner of the property on Cummins Creek and once you get there you will feel secluded in nature. Matt grew up here swimming, fishing and exploring in this creek...the creek has taught him more about life than anyone ever could. Great little get away from the city in a little RV on the Brazos River. My son and I had a great time for a quick father-son trip and got some fishing and biking done. My son loved every moment. And we brought our little pug too.

This spot is so private, light pollution is so low the stars are stunning. The fish are active and jumping in the marshes. Birds everywhere. The beach is just across the property.
Host is prompt and very nice. We absolutely would come back to this spot
Two adults and a pomeranian in a tent. Be aware its native wild property, there are pokey things for your dogs paws and its humid as heck from about 9pm-8am

We had such a great time here! It was perfect for the 2 of us, plus our dog. It was very comfortable and cozy, and we found a few good restaurants with patios so we could take our dog. She got to run around and play, and we got to relax in the hammock chairs and enjoy the fresh air. Wouldn't change a thing and will definitely be back! Jennifer was so nice and accommodating, and gave us a lot of info about where to go and what we could do. Absolutely recommend this place 1000%!

What an absolutely amazing space!!
Go for Saturday night as they do Sunday funday!! Loads of different friendly animals on site, food trucks and space to play and romp around!! The sleeping was peaceful with a pump station nearby providing a lovely white noise to sleep to!

Weekend Trip to Matt B.’s Land Treehouse!!
This trip was mega cool. The tree house was super comfortable. To everyone considering there I have a message: there is a property full size bed in the tree house. The photos make it look like it's a tiny sofa and you can't sleep on it, but in reality it is a proper bed big enough for two people. Over all I would give this place 5 out of 4 stars.

My wife and I had an amazing time at The Magnolia. Jennifer and her husband were super friendly and treated us with kindness. They greeted us and gave us a short intro.
The set up in the tent house was full of thought and essentials. Flashlights, towels, matches, and first aid kit. They also had some outdoor games. Along with coffee cups and a French press! ☕️
We also bought some eggs and they were DELICIOUS! The eggs are a must! It completes the experience. 🍳
Our dog had an amazing time outdoors and really enjoyed his time out there! 🐾
I would recommend if it’s your first time glamming!

I can't wait to return. This is a quiet, beautiful, scenic area, and Marc is a gracious and helpful host. If you like to walk, the road is quiet, scenic and perfect for strolling or getting in some cardio. The bay looks like the Gulf of Mexico with its long, expansive view, and the morning sunrise is over that water body. Gorgeous coastal beauty is in every direction. I felt safe and at home on this piece of paradise and the surrounding region.

My friends and I had a great time camping on Matt’s land. The pizza oven was a highlight and definitely a must when staying here. We also really enjoyed using the kayaks—they were a great way to spend time on the river. The water level was a bit low, but it was still doable. Overall, a fun and memorable place to camp.
