It has various trees on property with cedar, live oak, post oak, etc. Campsites are in front of a wide waterfall which is about 5 feet in height. You can fall asleep with the sound of the waterfalls! We have three ground tent sites and two 14 by 14 deck sites if you want to be up off the ground. Each site has a fire ring and electricity. Easy Like a Sunday Morning is nestled just outside the city limits of Granbury, Texas (approximately 3 miles from Granbury Historic square) @ a private residence just outside the city limits. New laundry facility down the road, dump station @ Thorp Springs RV park (20 dollars), Davids Grocery store and Dollar General, all only .03 miles away. This is not really a vacation destination but more a safe place to stay coming to town to explore all Granbury has to offer or a place to catch your breathe while traveling on the road. Friends have enjoyed escaping here for years. I decided to share the zen. It's a bit rough around the edges but if the new venture succeeds it will only get better each time you visit. Such a lovely place! We have stayed in many rental units over the years, but this was our first yurt (we are usually tent campers) and it was Wonderful. Clean and well kept with every detail considered. Bathrooms are easily accessible and also clean and welcoming. Sauna is the Best! (and they even provide bathrobes)! Despite the quick Texas-style weather change (from 75 to 40 overnight), we were warm and cozy inside. Our weenie dog even felt like she was home.

Amy's place is always a welcome reprieve from the world. Situated on a nice piece of property along the river, it is a very chill vibe. If you are tent camping, I recommend the Far Far Away site. This is my second time here, and it's apparent that continued improvements have been made. She did have to shut down the honor system store because.... well, people suck. And I hate that for Amy, because she is such a sweet lady. But I understand the decision. If you come here, please be kind, respectful, and pick up any trash you see from previous campers.

I was welcomed by friendly goats and lil pig. Since, it was a thanksgiving day - I only saw three people in the area. Our tent was superb! Perfect spot for our camping but unfortunately we have to leave after 3 hours of stay coz my son has an anxiety attack. He just got tired from our previous camp (this is actually our second spot). I believe we need to come back here again soon and explore the area. The communication w the host was great. All the instructions were given clearly and the suggested trail to explore. We really need to come back here again soon.

Really nice camping spots that's not too far from Fort Worth! We had such an amazing time the spot was perfect for stargazing and relaxing. There's not really any Internet service it was very spotty, but that's what makes it even better. It's nice to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. The river is right at the camp spot easy access for kayak and paddle boards. Our dogs also loved this spot!

And the location is super convenient from where we all live in North Texas that we definitely want to make this a regular spot. The family that lives there are super kind and friendly. We loved camping on Regena’s land. She met us on the driveway and took us to our campsite. She picked one out for us that’s mostly grass, a nice newer picnic table, bucket potty that she emptied out for us, fire ring and trash bin. Her property was so private, Regena was the only person we saw. We loved the two nights we were there. Easy drive to Waco, we went antique store shopping and went to the Silos. Would highly recommend.

The boondocking sites are spaced far apart. There is a gate and Eddie keeps an eye on the property, so it feels very safe. It's only minutes to get to Mansfields downtown area. Rod was responsive with communication. I'm planning to stay here again. FYI - they have sites with electricity and really good shade. I just chose to boondock.
