Our 16' Bell Tents sleep 2-4ppl unless you book all 4 sites and you can sleep up to 16ppl~ Our private backyard glampsite is located on one acre of beautiful oaks in a dark sky community. Sit by the fire as you gaze up at the Milky Way. We have 2 goats, 13 chickens and a pig! They stay in their pens and we provide food so you can feed them - please do not give them any other food except what is provided. Bonus! Guests can enjoy fresh eggs daily, when available. Located-10 minutes from Canyon Lake -20 minutes from Wimberley, San Marcos and Blanco. Wynona’s is perfectly situated to some of the sweetest towns in Texas! The space We love camping so much we decided to make our own Glamping experience in our backyard! The rental includes your yurt, but you get to use the common space!! In total we have 4 bell tents. Two tents have one queen bed and two have two queen beds. We provide two air mattresses to sleep total 16!! There are AC units in each of the tents to keep cool at night. Please note that the hot tub is only included if all 4 tents are booked. Our common areas include 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 extra large sink area connected to the bathrooms, 2 grills and 4 large picnic tables, a bar and coffee station, a fire pit, hammocks and a rope swing. This space is perfect for any family celebration, reunion, birthday party, ect! It is tucked away at the bottom of the property so you get the space to yourself. IMPORTANT! There is an additional $25/yurt if you want to use the hot tub during your stay. Guest access When you arrive at our house you will park in our circle driveway and walk through the double green gates down the hill to the glampsite. (To the left past the house) The road is slippery/steep so please use the steps. Backpack recommended for easier up and down! You can roll a cooler down the (steep) road! Other things to note Each of the four bell tents are equipped with an AC unit, beds, heater, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, electrical outlets, twinkle lights, and a lantern. Light switch to main Edison lights are located on the side table near hot tub outlets.

The ranch runs on a septic system, that means... - No flushing of anything other than provided toilet paper and natural waste in bathroom toilets. Place everything else in the trash. Even things that claim to be flushable will wreak havoc on a septic system. - Only non-solidifying liquids go down kitchen, laundry and bathroom sink drains. Place everything else in the trash. DRIPPING SPRINGS QUIET HOURS Dripping Spring noise ordinance quiet hours are 10 pm – 7 am. Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. What went well? EVERYTHING was better than described or expected. My wife and I were met by Bo (sorry if not the spelling). Smiling from ear to ear and just an overall wonderful person. He helped us take our things to our cabin and described different things that we could do. Everything from a scavenger hunt to harmonica lessons. Beautiful property nestled away from traffic or prying eyes. The cabins are spaced well far apart so you do not feel like others are in your business. I could not believe how well stocked the cabin was. Plenty of blankets, heaters, ceiling fans, air conditioning, cookware, microwave - this was literally the easiest camping experience I've ever had and I'm 55 lol. They also have a fire pit area for each individual cabin to make the experience even nicer. We spent 2 evenings and just had a blast. There are plenty of places to get wonderful food, beverages or any other thing you and your family might need. This is a must stop for camping on a wonderful level. Each cabin also had its own 5 star outhouse and 5 star is the truth! Absolutely cleaner than public restrooms with every necessity. I highly recommend this camping spot!

I LOVED the Bait House! It was just the right size for a getaway with myself and my dog. I think 2 adults max would be comfortable here. It had everything I needed and more. The outdoor shower was a delightful experience. The only downside for me was they have chickens and roosters on the property and I was awoken by the cock-a-doodle-do before dawn every morning. The house was is located near a few parks so we were able to enjoy hiking within 10 minutes from the property. Downtown Marble Falls is also about 10 min away if you want local dining experiences, which I did grab takeout from 2 different restaurants while I was there. Overall it was a nice little getaway and great location!

We absolutely loved camping here. Both Hollis and Beaux are AMAZING hosts. Extremely responsive and kind people. The site was beautiful. We stayed at site 4, surrounded by trees, but still able to see the stars. Beautiful lights wrapped around the tree and equipped with a grill, fire pit, and picnic table. It was truly such an amazing campsite. The outhouses were well maintained and there was even a hot water shower, also well maintained. The whole campgrounds itself is beautiful and has such a wonderful vibe. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

This place has been around a while for horse stays and it shows. The set up is really great with 2 composting toilets, a place for washing dishes with hot water and a shower. The hosts are some of the most responsive and most well organized that I have seen, which matters enormously. They were ready for us, guided us to our spot and even made sure we backed in our popup trailer without issue. Gave us a map with local highlights and provided enough to have a fire - wood, firepit, chairs. Electricity and water are at sites 8 and beyond along with a picnic table for meals. The place is just next to McKinney Roughs Nature park which offers lovely hikes, Bastrop is 1 minutes away with great food for a small town feel, and Austin about 20 to 30 with of course endless options.

First time at Happy Horse and we will definitely be back. Hollis and Beaux were wonderful hosts and made us feel so at home in their oasis. They met us at the gate and suggested a better spot for our two campers so that we were better situated next to each other. The evening music show was a great add around the campfire. There are a bevy of trails on the property and the adults enjoyed competing on the scavenger hunt, finding all the little surprises and tchotchkes all around the property. The "johns" were very simple and clean - all you needed. And they also have outdoor showers so you can look at the stars while you clean up! If you need a decompression weekend, this is your place. Looking forward to coming back and visiting some more with Hollis and Beaux again.
