If you have more in your group, we recommend reserving an adjoining campsite. Sites 1, 2 and 3 are off the main path to the left of the property, and still by the creek. Sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all along the creek and gravel drive Site 10 is very private with creek access on three sides. Site 11 is private with creek access all along the front. We have had coaches and trailers of all sizes to our campground but be aware that the road is gravel with some steep climbs. We recommend any vehicle towing a trailer be all wheel drive or 4X4 and if your trailer is over 30 feet please contact us directly.

For site number 3 (the one my wife and I stayed at) it was an easy back in to get our 45 toy hauler into the site. Sites 1 and 2 may have presented a challenge for our size rig but they are very spacious. All of the sites that is. Entry and exit of the park was easy and straight forward. We loved the close proximity to family in the area especially for our Thanksgiving stay. There was one limb that was touching the back corner of our roof and with a simple call to William, the issue was resolved quickly with a quick cut from his pole saw. We definitely plan to return to Deer Valley RV in the future. Thank you William!

This is a fabulous camping spot. The host is friendly and cordial. The location is convenient to necessities, i.e. Walmart, Lowes, Planet Fitness, etc. It's a working farm, so don't expect a quiet setting. While it is serene, there's lots of animals and the noises they make. It's awesome!

Seriously, the creek was lovely, the site (#10) was perfect for us but I was most impressed with the port-a-potty. Someone takes really good care to keep it clean which is most appreciated for those of us who don't have bathrooms in our campers.

We had an excellent time camping at Lil Snowbird Farm. The campsites were exceptionally clean and well kept. We stayed in site #6 along the river and it was just beautiful and felt very private! We enjoyed cooking over the campfire and eating at the picnic table. The host was amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. The camp toilets had their own small tent for privacy and even had small solar lights to help you find them in the dark. 10/10 would recommend camping here!

We loved our stay at campsite #6! Such a lovely spot, felt kind of tucked away. The campsite was very well done, nice fireplace and grate stove. We appreciated having the toilet and tent! We are very likely to be back!
